Our third year at Beverley Farm and probably the best trip yet… such a special part of the world and such wonderful hosts.
Had an awesome time after Easter at Margs on the Wakool river. Stayed at site 6 on our private beach which had plenty of room and heaps of firewood to cut with the chainsaw. it’s a pretty big farm and each site is miles apart. Caught a 65cm cod from our beach and put the boat straight in too. Met Marg and her husband who were great hosts. NIce part of the world and highly recommend.

We camp on a big sand bar which was very clean and had shady trees next to it. The tracks in clearly marked, weather for Easter prefect
This spot is private, peaceful and relaxing. This is a lovely spot beside the river.

This is our 3rd stay at Beverly farm, we love it here. Private spots, beautiful sandy beach dog friendly, ita the best!
Had a bit of rain about so had the option of moving to site 1a which was a little bit easier to access with our caravan. Great site with a nice big shaded tree near the water. This was our 2nd visit in as many months. We couldn’t wait to come back. Awesome as usual.

Beautiful location unfortunately we had to leave early but the property and the site were absolutely amazing
Unbelievable what 3000 acres of private land feels like. 5km from front gate to where we stayed. Absolutely all to ourselves, beautiful, peace & quiet amongst nature. Host's info & advice was spot on, and helpful. Thanks so much for sharing it with people. Everyone should visit.

Really nice peaceful site. A 10 minute drive into the property. Really loving watching the birds sheep and kangaroos come to the river for a swim.

Really great stay, nice and private sites with River access for swimming. Spent 2 nights here would certainly stay again. Very accommodating hosts with good communication and offered us a shader site when the weather was very hot.
Excellent communication leading up to camp.
Stunning location, only noise from the wildlife, so many birds.
Be prepared for some winding dirt tracks and a few gates to open and close. Signage kept me right though. Bring some sand pegs if in little tent.
Highly recommend.

We stayed at site 7 over the Christmas break and had a very relaxing time. I love the fact that we were the only people for miles and found plenty of trees for shade. Water was awesome and nice and sandy couldn’t fault it. We took our caravan and had no problem getting to the site. Thank you we will definitely be back soon

Spent the week at site 6 over the christmas and new year period. Beautiful spot, private and lovely hosts. Definitely worth the 5hours drive. Will be back for sure 🙂

Such a picturesque camp site! We absolutely loved our stay.
Marg had great communication, and the journey to our campsite was signposted perfectly.
There were other campers, but we had complete privacy. There was a boat that came past us down the river, so just be aware that might happen.
For anyone staying at site 1B in summer, I recommend sticking to the sand, as the prickles in the grass areas were no joke! Once we relocated to the sandy clearing we were set, and had such a lovely evening stargazing and listening to the wildlife around us.
100% recommend
We stay here every year on our way back home to Sydney. It’s become a firm favourite due to the big, private sites and the river to cool off in during the hot summer days

We stayed at 1A, fantastic, secluded, private sandbar, huge amounts of space. Marg made the visit to easy to find and was lovely to meet. I would recommend this place to anyone.
We enjoyed staying at Beverley Farm, we liked the amount of shade there was during the day as well as how child friendly the river was (the current was quite strong however with rules in place the kids were safe!)
Our Melbourne Cup weekend on site 2B was fabulous. The serenity on the Wakool river was awesome. No over crowding, no other campers, no speed boats what a lovely little gem. The brilliant stars and shooting stars of an evening creates such a Kaleidoscope of peace and harmony. Hubby even caught a cod and perch, we will definitely be back again, thanks Marg! Really nice secluded spot, we were worried when the rain came that we may get stuck.
But we were fine.
1A camp spot was amazing. The beach was huge, the river was good for swimming and fishing. Camp spot was easy to find with signs. The hosts was very helpful with answering questions we had about the campites beforehand, and after we had a big night of rain, coming and checking on us and giving us an alternative track to get out of the camp as the other clay track would have been a little harder with the camper in tow.
We will definitely go back to this camp site. Our kids and dog really enjoyed it

What an awesome experience staying on Beverley Farm was. Quiet, really big sites right on the river and Marg was an exceptional host. The night sky was beautiful and the cows on the other side of the river made for welcome visitors. Thanks Marg for such a great stay and helping us with the use of your compressor. ( heed the warning re the soft sand) Highly recommend .

Great private site I have a 15ft van and it was ok
Nice sandy beach, hope to get back there in the future
It's a beautiful place especially if you are staying a while and like privacy and dream surroundings. Private road on the property was about a 12 minute drive and easily navigable even though i had a hige van with a trailer. Owners were very nice helpful people.

Loved the smaller campsite at No. 6 with a sand bar. PERFECT .
Wouldn't change a thing. Have camped at No.1 with a bigger sand bar and area for our family xmas but this site is my fave.
Signs for the exits from camp through the property could be a little clearer and more of them.
