We feed the farm animals and collect the eggs every morning at 8am so set your alarm and join in the fun. Every Saturday night we have communal "pizza night" where everyone is welcome, it is BYO food and drinks. It's great fun and a chance to meet and chat with your likeminded camping friends. And it's not just pizza... you can cook anything in there. The dam is back in action after the drought and then an invasive weed taking over. There are kayaks here and they are free for everyone to enjoy. There is a nature playground for the kids, an outdoor bathtub (book with us after you have booked your site $45 or book as a 'camp site'), wood-fired pizza oven (book in the 'extras') and a well equiped community kitchen. The Peach Farm is centrally located within a 20 minute drive to close by attractions. Adventure; 4 wheel drive at Shark Bay. Swim; Iluka's famous beaches. Walk; Iluka Heritage Rainforest, from the lush rainforest to the amazing views at The Bluff. Explore; Yamba, Angourie, the Scottish town of Maclean. Our eccentric affectionate mix of farm animals will win you over in seconds especially if you grab some feed from your hosts. All of our loving animals have been rescued as a tiny baby or taken in when their owners could no longer care for them. Each site has a picnic table and a fire-pit and you can book a camp oven package if you would like to engage in some outdoor cooking. It's fun, relaxing and nothing beats a camp oven stew! Our community kitchen is a hub for get togethers and yarns, well equipped with a gas cooktop, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, a BBQ, fridge/freezer, and plenty of tables. There are fresh herbs and eggs when in plentiful supply. Please use the worm bin for all your kitchen scraps. We have an amazing composting loo but no showers yet. We are pet friendly however we do ask that you have your best friends on a leash AT ALL TIMES and please do not get too close to the alpacas, they are protectors and will become uneasy and distressed. We strongly believe in 'leaving no trace' so please be mindful of our animals, other happy campers and 'take only memories leave only footprints'. “The peach from can only be accessed heading north on the highway.
