The property also backs onto a national park. The closest town is only 5min away where you can pick up food supplies and fuel.

Tathra is just 15 minutes drive away, with Merimbula around 25 minutes, Bermagui 45 minutes, and Eden 35 minutes. All of these towns have beautiful beaches, fishing, boating, whale-watching tours, and much more. Pack a picnic and walk to the river just down the hill from your camp site. The Bega river is clean fresh water and is well worth a visit on a hot day to cool off. Your hosts can show you a secluded area of the river that you can access easily. The whole area has an array of beautiful spots to explore both on the property and along the riverside. Jackie is always willing to give fresh produce from her veggie garden during your stay just to make you feel welcome. There are horses you can pat and a few sheep that are very friendly and love to be given bread. The historic Bega Cheese Factory and Heritage Center is just a couple of minutes away. The main shopping center and mall in town is just a five-minute drive. On our property, we can offer you a relaxing quiet stay in a secure area. TheBlueAcre Efarm is a developing hobby farm which is set on 32 acres. Located less then 10 minutes drive to Candelo and 25 minutes to Merimbula or Bega. Enjoy a 360 degree view of the valley while taking in the morning sun rise or sunset while spotting some of the local wildlife and farm animals. Pitch your tent or park your van in a private location and enjoy the breathtaking views the valley has to offer. Some sites are on a steeper setting more suited to tents or small campers. There are no amenities here, campers must be self contained and leave no trace. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the farm animals while enjoying the country side or explore the Bega valley. Visit the famous Candelo market held on the first Sunday of every month or enjoy a fresh coffee and delicious food at the Candelo cafe with the general store is just next door.
