We are farmers, living the dream on 500 acres in beautiful Bellingen. Our farm is called Levenvale Farm. You will feel a million miles away, yet we are only 7mins into the town of Bellingen. We run an organic cattle property and have found a few spots around our farm to share with campers and glampers. Our campsites are "Beyond the Bridge" and "Old Flat Camp". Both are on cattle paddocks and have private access to Hydes Creek. Hydes Creek is a murky sandy base creek. There's lots of logs so its not recommend to jump in, but it's beautiful to cool off in the creek on a hot day. Both campsites have access to our compost toilet, and camping shower (gas hot water). If you prefer a bit more comfort or don't have your own camping gear, you can escape the hustle and enjoy being perched up on one of the highest points on the farm (with incredible views), in our Farm Huts. Both mHuts are furnished with beds and linen with limited power. Both gave private ensuite with compost toilet, gas hot water shower and basic kitchen. Book these Huts via our farm website. At all our campsites, we welcome you to have a small fire, and cook up a BBQ. Our Farm Shop is open 24/7 to self serve and grab some organic beef sausages or steaks. Reach out if you want us to have them defrosted for your arrival. All of our listings offer spectacular sunrises, sunsets over the mountains and wanderings through lush rainforest. From here it's 15 minutes to Bellingen, 25 minutes to the famous Pub With No Beer and 5 minutes to the historic "verandah posts" town of Bowraville. Here you will find beautiful bird watching, animals and wildlife. Park your car or set up your caravan next to the river where you will wake up to amazing views. Enjoy a peaceful walk along the riverbank, breathe in the fresh clean air, try a spot of fishing or sit back and enjoy some bird watching. Warm your feet by the campfire in the evenings. ​We're located 20 minutes from Nambucca Heads as well as Scotts Heads beaches, and 30 minutes from Taylors Arm. A quick trip up into the foothills will take you to some great 4WD and mountain biking tracks, or you can explore the region and visit the historical Pub With No Beer. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower. There is access to drinking water, a picnic table and rubbish facilities. We recommend 4WDs to access the campsite and the river but 2WDs are ok. Your pet is welcome to camp with you.

If you want to avoid the crowds our property is only 10 minutes drive to great local surf and fishing beaches at Crescent Head. There is an abundance of bird life, the odd kangaroos and wallabies, and other wildlife. There is a melaleuca forest that children are welcome to play in and build a cubby house, and 2 pretty little dams to catch yabbies, and for dogs to enjoy a swim. The property where camping is provided is approx 20 acres with a limit of 10 groups so you can find your own little piece of paradise. There is plenty of fire wood for you to collect on the property on your way in. Please help yourself to any fallen timber for firewood but please do not cut any standing trees down. When checking out, ensure you properly extinguish fires and return any unused firewood to the bush. Dogs are welcome to be here off leash as long as they are well socialised and reasonably obedient. There is large areas for them to run freely and dams to swim in. It is accessible via a 2WD dirt road, even with a little wet weather. If rainfall is extreme we recommend 4wd's. The property is completely off grid so we have a 'leave it as you found it' approach. This means you will need a camp toilet, and to take all of your rubbish with you. We are a rural property so do not have rubbish collection services. (Fees apply for any left behind rubbish). Happy camping!

There are also bush walks for guests to enjoy. There are few facilities here, tank water and a sawdust composting toilet, picnic table and small contained fire pit also... campers need to be self sufficient with optional own toilet/shower facilities and leave no trace. The camp site has had an upgrade beautification and facility program that is fully available. The property is in close proximity to the ocean and the city, just a 10 minute drive too the Coffs Harbour CBD. You're welcome to bring your pet, but they must be supervised and kept under control. Both are on cattle paddocks and have private access to Hydes Creek. Hydes Creek is a murky sandy base creek. There's lots of logs so its not recommend to jump in, but it's beautiful to cool off in the creek on a hot day. Both campsites have access to our compost toilet, and camping shower (gas hot water). If you prefer a bit more comfort or don't have your own camping gear, you can escape the hustle and enjoy being perched up on one of the highest points on the farm (with incredible views), in our Farm Huts. Both mHuts are furnished with beds and linen with limited power. Both gave private ensuite with compost toilet, gas hot water shower and basic kitchen. Book these Huts via our farm website. At all our campsites, we welcome you to have a small fire, and cook up a BBQ. Our Farm Shop is open 24/7 to self serve and grab some organic beef sausages or steaks. There is plenty of fire wood for you to collect on the property on your way in. Please help yourself to any fallen timber for firewood but please do not cut any standing trees down. When checking out, ensure you properly extinguish fires and return any unused firewood to the bush. Dogs are welcome to be here off leash as long as they are well socialised and reasonably obedient. There is large areas for them to run freely and dams to swim in. It is accessible via a 2WD dirt road, even with a little wet weather. If rainfall is extreme we recommend 4wd's. The property is completely off grid so we have a 'leave it as you found it' approach. This means you will need a camp toilet, and to take all of your rubbish with you. My property consists of 100 acres with two rivers joining in the property with at least 1 km of river frontage. We are located in the foothills of the Nambucca valley. Pristine beaches are 20 minutes away, mountains and four-wheel drive tracks are a quick 20 minutes the other way. From here it's 15 minutes to Bellingen, 25 minutes to the famous Pub With No Beer and 5 minutes to the historic "verandah posts" town of Bowraville. Here you will find beautiful bird watching, animals and wildlife. Park your car or set up your caravan next to the river where you will wake up to amazing views. Enjoy a peaceful walk along the riverbank, breathe in the fresh clean air, try a spot of fishing or sit back and enjoy some bird watching. Warm your feet by the campfire in the evenings. ​We're located 20 minutes from Nambucca Heads as well as Scotts Heads beaches, and 30 minutes from Taylors Arm. A quick trip up into the foothills will take you to some great 4WD and mountain biking tracks, or you can explore the region and visit the historical Pub With No Beer. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower. There is access to drinking water, a picnic table and rubbish facilities. We recommend 4WDs to access the campsite and the river but 2WDs are ok. Your pet is welcome to camp with you.

If you want to avoid the crowds our property is only 10 minutes drive to great local surf and fishing beaches at Crescent Head. There is an abundance of bird life, the odd kangaroos and wallabies, and other wildlife. There is a melaleuca forest that children are welcome to play in and build a cubby house, and 2 pretty little dams to catch yabbies, and for dogs to enjoy a swim. The property where camping is provided is approx 20 acres with a limit of 10 groups so you can find your own little piece of paradise. There is plenty of fire wood for you to collect on the property on your way in. Please help yourself to any fallen timber for firewood but please do not cut any standing trees down. When checking out, ensure you properly extinguish fires and return any unused firewood to the bush. Dogs are welcome to be here off leash as long as they are well socialised and reasonably obedient. There is large areas for them to run freely and dams to swim in. It is accessible via a 2WD dirt road, even with a little wet weather. If rainfall is extreme we recommend 4wd's. The property is completely off grid so we have a 'leave it as you found it' approach. This means you will need a camp toilet, and to take all of your rubbish with you. We are a rural property so do not have rubbish collection services. (Fees apply for any left behind rubbish). Happy camping!

This campsite was absolute magic. The grounds were pristine and peaceful, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy nature. The river was a dream—clean, calm, and perfect for swimming. We loved sharing the space with the friendly cows and the sweetest horse, who greeted us like old friends. Our dogs were in heaven, running free and soaking up the fresh air. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down, breathe deeply, and smile a lot. We felt completely relaxed and connected to the land. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

Not overly crowded which was nice. Lots of cute cows in the surrounding paddocks. There are two (really well maintained) compostable toilets, fire pits, rubbish bins, (bore) water and firewood for sale on site ($15). Gregg came around to make sure everything was okay. You do get a bit of noise from the road but nothing that is unbearable.

It's a great property. Close to the highway and close to Coffs Harbour. Once down the gravel driveway there are many cleared firepits and camping spots a free to choose. The toilet block is very clean and the clive/sawdust composting system keeps smells to a minimum. There is also access to a water tap.

We are a 4 minute drive from the historical town of Gladstone, which has a bakery, butcher, general store, retail shops, fruit and veg shop, nursery, cafes, restaurants, an op-shop, second hand wares shop, galleries, outdoor swim centre and of course the local pub. Gladstone Markets are on the 3rd Sunday of the month. It's a 20 minute drive to South West Rocks, Hat Head and Crescent Head. Just 45 minutes north of Port Macquarie and 1 hour south of Coffs Harbour. Please arrive before dark, or advise arrival time if not possible . You must be fully self contained, there are no facilities. Please no tents or swags. Enjoy a beautiful campsite near a large dam, watch the ducks, rosellas, cranes, herons and the occasional Jabiru, feed and nest in the trees. A great spot for bird watching. Pick your own spot, maybe near one of the fire braziers, but not directly under the trees if windy. No livestock on property but we have visiting kangaroos, tortoises, green frogs, and eels in the dam if you want to fish for them. Mid Coast Flying operate a private 800 metre airstrip on the property, and Trial Instructional Flights (TIFS) are available, for $150 for 45 minutes. Please speak to Ross when you arrive. You can pick your own site. Unfortunately we may have to close after torrential rain events. We are also pet friendly, however there are no bins, so please pick up after your pets in the camping area. Water is available near the hangar as you drive in.

No agriculture or farms upstream, only one other like-minded property owner. Secluded, but hiding smack bang in the middle of everywhere! From vertiginous sandstone cliffs on which epipetrics cling tight, right through to palm-filled rainforests, and with two quite different creek systems (including a monster waterfall), you'll be spoiled for things to do and places to explore - without even leaving the property! HISTORY This land is Gumbaynggirr land. Please be particularly mindful of our First Nation's long presence on this land. In the 1800's, white men came seeking Red Cedar, closely followed by settlers having a go at dairying; though logging has remained this area's mainstay. This special property, despite last being selectively logged about 50 years ago, hosts many huge old-growth trees remaining steadfast for your discovery and wonder. And many more are continuing to grow out too. About 35 years ago about nine of this property's eastern-most 104 acres became part of a far larger nashi pear orchard which filled much of the flats of this top end of the valley that you see today. Ultimately they failed to set good commercial fruit, and the rootstocks took over. You can see remnant rows of these trees just south of the property, from along the road. (Beware though - they have spikes that could puncture Caterpillar tracks!) MORE RECENTLY extensive lantana control efforts have been undertaken as we now move into revegetating with native species and implementing a permaculture plan. Nana Glen (10 mins the other way) has you covered with a cafe, chemist, servo, and a general store for all your bits and bobs. There’s no phone or Wi-Fi. Consider it a feature, not a bug. It’s the perfect excuse to ignore your emails.

Closer to home, you're also welcome to paddle the kayak in the property's dam. The Yarrabinni National Park is closeby, and a great option for hiking, bushwalking, scenic lookouts, and freshwater creeks. The nearest village, Stuarts Point, is just 3 minutes down the road, with larger towns and shopping 20 to 30 minutes' drive away. The property is just 14km off the M1, with good access and plenty of open space. We limit the number of bookings we take to ensure you can find a private, spacious site to yourselves. Kid friendly.
