Since that time I have probably had 2000+ guests enjoy what Coober Pedy Views has to offer. Whilst it remains a rustic type setting, with campers needing to be SELF SUFFICIENT (Flushing LOO with a VIEW is now available for campers without their own) I can offer Power (subject to availability) $10 pn to 6/8 sites. Digging anywhere on the property is forbidden, there are no Opals on CPVs evident when the 3 large garages were dug. Digging softens the ground making it dangerous for avalanches on the embankments and walls especially after rain that creates washouts as you can see on the front embankments. We have a variety of native birds on the property and are close by to local bird watch areas. You'll feel like you're a whole world away yet you will only be 2 minutes from the supermarket, 5 minutes from a large shopping centre, and 15 minutes from Darwin's CBD. We are a small boutique site and only have 5 powered sites and 8 non powered sites on the 5 acres. Your site is private and you will be able to enjoy your stay without interference from others. The property has a secured gate that requires fob access and a security entrance camera. IMPORTANT: Each site can accommodate 2 adults MAX. If you have 3 or 4 adults, you will need to book two sites. Please note The Bounganvillea site is open all year round and has a concrete base. Other sites are dependant on weather and access.

Rainforest Gateway is located approximately 8klms along Grady's Creek Road, just 20 klms north of Kyogle and 15 klms from the Queensland border on the popular scenic tourist route, Lions Road. Kyogle is a bustling town with an IGA supermarket, MTB riding tracks, lovely gift shops, cinema, bowling alley, and a selection of dining outlets. For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, the Border Ranges National Park is a short drive away. Please note Lions Road is temporarily closed for road repairs and expected to be reopened late January 2026. Figtree Farm at Findon Creek is a 600-acre natural oasis. Tucked away in a tranquil, secluded valley, this hidden gem is surrounded by Long Creek to the south and Findon Creek to the west, while the northern edge extends to the Dedicated Wilderness of the Border Ranges National Park. This much-loved family-owned farm has a rich history, transitioning from a dairy farm to a beef property. Today, it flourishes with a bio-diverse planting of native trees and a joinery workshop crafting designer furniture. Cabin at Valley's End is our flagship accommodation at Figtree Farm. Having 3-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is an ideal place for a relaxing weekend. The cabin has flat ground on 2 sides which allows for additional campers (up to 20 people). In addition we offer 3 creek-side camp sites which have plenty of room for large groups; they are all situated on well drained, grassy open spaces beside the creek. In wet conditions you will need a 4WD to access these sites. Figtree Farm has an abundance of bird and animal life. Here, tranquillity reigns, save for the occasional serenade of our friendly neighbourhood donkeys and the odd rooster. If you wish to wander further afield, Wiangaree is 15 minutes away and Kyogle is a 30 minute drive south. For those who enjoy a game of tennis there is an all weather tennis court (with lights) nearby at Bundgeam Hall. Figtree Farm at Findon Creek promises opportunities for contemplation, relaxation and fun and it is our wish that you will have many happy memories of your visit here.

The rainforest Treehouse is situated in a rainforest pocket of the Mount Warning Caldera, completely surrounded by lush and vibrant nature and sheltered from the outside world, while being just 2 minutes away from us and the comfy road that will take you to an amazing swimming hole, cafés and the nearby town. Once you enter the Treehouse private drive you will feel yourself being transported into a magical world of gently flowing water, natural light, tall trees, chirping birds, rustling leaves, crickets, and frogs. You will notice the energy shift into the safe embrace of our land, protected by Springbrook Mountain. The location of the Treehouse was chosen by our then young children. We all fell in love with the magnificent camphor laurel tree growing at the edge of the seasonal creek. We all found ourselves drawn to that place, so with the help of our friends and our children we began the project of manifesting a dream into a reality - the dream of living in the tree canopy. As we worked on the Treehouse, the design was constantly changing. The whole family, especially our youngest son, contributed to the manifestation of the dream. During that time we overcame many obstacles and found solutions to build in the tree. It was an adventure, a lot of fun and we learnt a lot. It became a dwelling for our kids for a period of time, until they grew up and left to conquer the big wide world. Now it is here for you to enjoy, to reconnect with your dreams, to dive deep into your childhood playful memories where the world of fantasy and reality merge together. Here you can just be yourself, embraced by nature and view at the world from your Treehouse verandah. We had a wonderful overnight stay at Mystic Adventures. The cabin was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the toilet and shower were clean and well maintained. We loved the peaceful ambiance, beautiful garden, and stunning sunset views. It was also great that the property is dog-friendly. The projector was easy to use, and having mobile signal in the area was a nice bonus. Highly recommended! 😊

As a family of four with two young kids and our dog, this was exactly the kind of escape we didn’t realise we needed. 🤍 From the moment we arrived at MYSTIC ADVENTURES, everything felt calm, peaceful, and genuinely welcoming. The privacy, the quiet outdoors, and the warmth of the space made it so easy to slow down and just be present together as a family. The cabin was beautifully set up with everything thoughtfully prepared — from the extra kitchen essentials, tea, coffee and condiments, to the fresh bread which honestly made the stay feel even more special. It’s those little touches that make you feel cared for, not just accommodated. Our kids absolutely loved the garden and outdoor space, and for us it felt like glamping in comfort and style — all the beauty of nature without the stress of having to bring everything yourself. Even our dog settled in so happily. This place gave us quality time, quiet moments, and memories we’ll genuinely hold onto. We left feeling rested, reconnected, and already talking about when we can come back. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space for families to experience. Weekend Trip to Clarence River Wilderness Lodge

We love CRWL and have camped and paddled a few times before. This time we booked the two cabins together for a family Mother’s Day gathering and really loved the rustic cabins in the private space with wonderful river views where we have seen quolls and rock wallabies before. Sharon and Stephen went above and beyond to ensure our comfort with masses of firewood for the huge shared outdoor fireplace with seating, and for the two small indoor fireplaces, as well as providing a tree to plant for our Mum and access to starlink. We will be back!

Weekend Trip to Clarence River Wilderness Lodge

We had a most peaceful and connecting stay in the cabins at Clarence River Wilderness Lodge. We were nine, with three doing their own camping, so we booked the two cabins for the other 6 of us, which worked perfectly. The hours spent around the well set-out campfire! Cooking, chatting, some arts and crafts, walks up and down the river, swims (yes! in May - chilly and very refreshing but not too cold), canoeing up and down the creek. We saw t least ten different bird species, and two goannas leisurely strolled past our camp. Sharon came by for a friendly drop by one evening and we heard a good bit of the history of the area from her. Altogether and relaxing and refreshing trip.

Cozy cabin, very whimsical and cute 🥰 great outdoor area - loved the movies under the stars 🌟 by the fire 🔥 and would recommend you add that to your trip for sure! Cleanest porterloo we’ve ever seen and generally everything was very clean. Porterloo shower was awesome and heated up fast as well! Host thought of everything, some little surprises as well, the attention to detail is unmatched❣️ Have been there as a romantic getaway as a couple and can recommend for couples to unwind and get out of the hustle and bustle ☺️

Absolutely perfect, we could not recommend staying in the cabin more! Kathryn has thought of everything, right down to the smallest details. From the freshly baked sourdough and mulberry jam on arrival, to pre-filling watering cans for the kids. Everything was intentional, and so welcoming. The gardens are stunning. There’s something magical in every nook and cranny, with so many beautiful spaces to relax and unwind. My favourite was the tea garden, curling up there in the afternoon with a tea (or wine!) and a good book was bliss. The experience for the kids was just as special, with daily crafts in the fairy garden, and being able to have drinks delivered while they created made it feel like a proper little retreat for everyone. They had the best time making things, sipping milkshakes, and exploring with other children, showing off all their favourite spots. Kathryn and Phil are incredible hosts, and hearing about their future plans has us already planning our return! Don’t hesitate booking, go see for yourselves!
