Camping at Gypsy Moon offers a charming experience right by the river, where the sounds of nature and the presence of friendly farm animals create a unique atmosphere. Most campers appreciate the welcoming host, Amy, and the well-kept facilities, such as clean toilets and accessible showers. However, some visitors have noted that the area includes permanent residents and that there can be disturbances from nearby dogs barking. Despite these occasional drawbacks, the majority of campers enjoy the serene environment and plan to return.

Always a great time with the kids here. This time the water was higher so that was pretty great too. Hoping next time we come to try out a different tent spot than this last time.

Doesn't recommend
This is not just a campsite. It seems to be more of a permanent camper/tent living site. There are a couple of primitive sites but mostly permanent residences. We did not stay the night. After arriving and seeing the community we left. Not what we were looking for.
