Pair up with your adventure-seeking and photog-loving friends for a trip to Sugarite Canyon State Park! This place is damn beautiful and you’re going to want to capture those memories while you make ‘em. In the spring the canyon is enveloped in wildflowers and you might also spot baby deer and beautiful birds while out on the trails. Sail, kayak, or paddleboard on the water, take a dip or simply stand on the shore with your brew, and cast out for some truly spectacular trout fishing. Sunset photo of you reeling in your biggest catch of the day? Done! There’s also sledding and snowshoeing in the wintertime and year-round camping to cozy up after a long day of fun.
