Trout, trout, and more trout! If you are a fan of fishing spectacular rivers that are stocked every night with fresh trophy trout, there’s a spot for you and your rod at Roaring River State Park. You just won’t believe the bright blue waters, the cascading deep pools, and the huge rock formations until you see ‘em. Stay the weekend in a rustic woodsy cabin, dine at the scenic Emory Melton Inn, and hike around the 2,075-acre Roaring River Hills Wild Area. Everyone’s highlight of the trip will be paying a visit to the gorge where Roaring River Spring starts, a gorgeously blue pool that houses thousands of fish and gushes out millions of gallons of water everyday. We think that once you’ve bagged a few trout, you’ll be the happiest camper around.
