Bike Trails and Just 3 miles and easy access to I49….. level land, close to everything! Relax and Bike the trails in Bella Vista, Bentonville and Rogers area or Work remote, great reception! Close to Bentonville, and with the downtown Rogers bike trails, hiking, shopping, restaurants, flea markets all within the area, You will love the easy access to lots of activities. Make sure you stay awhile to explore all the area has to offer. We are within 20 minutes from below interests: Downtown Bentonville, Downtown Rogers Snowbird trailhead, part of the Back 40. OZ Castle Slaughter Pen Crystal Bridges Coler Mountain Bike Preserve Hand Cut 3 miles to I49 War Eagle about 20 min Fayetteville is about 30 min. Please note if your trailer is longer than 40 feet it may drag a little bit when you turn in the driveway on the back side, you can ask me about this if you have a toy hauler and it is higher than the normal trailer or RV then that helps.Quiet area, level land, close to everything! Near interstate 49. 30/50 amp (or use a 30 amp adapter) Electric hookup / water at site Close to all you need, Walmart Home Office, Crystal Bridges, Beaver Lake, and downtown Rogers. Tucked in an area that’s quiet. Enjoy the easy access to Hwy 49, along with hiking/bike trails, Rail Yard Bike Park, Lake Atlanta Trailhead, OZ Trails, Pea Ridge National Park, Hobbs State Park, great restaurants & shopping. Quiet and away from the noise , lights of the city..lots to offer here in NWA (Ozark Region). Bentonville is less than 15 minutes, Fayetteville is about 30 min. Please must get prior approval if arriving after dark.

Great Host and Access to the Area!

The hosts were great and super friendly with a great location for getting everywhere we wanted to go! In about 10 minutes we were at the Rail Yard, Slaughter Pen or Crystal Bridges. We were looking for a comfortable secure family spot and got exactly what we needed. We will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Tami’s. She and her husband were so helpful with newbies backing in amour trailer in the dark. They even gave us some spices to cook. Super nice people, great location! I had a race in Bentonville and it was easy to get there and back.

BEST LITTLE SPOT AROUND ROGERS/BENT

Awesome little spot to overnight or stay for awhile. Can't say enough nice things about camp hosts. This spot is just minutes from downtown Rogers and minutes from Bentonville. We stayed for our daughters softball tournament and had a wonderful time very quiet with private drive for security, felt as if it was our very own. There is also a storm shelter if it's needed. Tami and her husband were very hospitable and checked on us many times. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Very peaceful country setting. Close to town and within 20 minutes to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Tami and her husband were warm and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area.

This is a wonderful place to stay and spend time! Not only is the location beautiful with easy access to water, electricity and a very nice fire pit, but it is close to everything we wanted to do in Bentonville! Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is amazing! We spent a three days riding our mtn bikes in Coler and Slaughter Pen and could easily have stayed for at least a week had we known how wonderful Bentonville is! Tami and her husband were very warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home.
