Bike the Trails 🚴‍♀️ …Just 3 miles and easy access to I49….. level land, close to everything! Relax and Bike the trails in Bella Vista, Bentonville, Rogers, Pea Ridge area, Bike Fest/Tour or unplug and recharge your love of nature. Close to Bentonville, and with the downtown Rogers bike trails, hiking, shopping, restaurants, flea markets all within the area, You will love the easy access to lots of activities. Make sure you stay awhile to explore all the area has to offer. Please note if your trailer is longer than 40 feet it may drag a little on entry and exit. I also have a 110 extra Rv spot for solar Rv’s if extra spot needed, for additional charge. Message me if available. Map your level with OZ Trails NWA. We are within 20 minutes from below interests: Downtown Bentonville, Downtown Rogers Snowbird trailhead, part of the Back 40. OZ Castle Slaughter Pen Crystal Bridges Coler Mountain Bike Preserve Hand Cut Trail Sugar Creek Golf (about 10 min) 3 miles to I49 War Eagle about 20 min Fayetteville is about 30 min.BIKE 🚴 the trails! We loved the Bentonville area and 1 Off 13. Convenient for what we were targeting in the area and especially close to MTB trails in Rogers. Peaceful and quiet farm area yet close to services and Bentonville proper. Our hosts were amazing offering help and security (springtime protection from storms) and accommodated some curve balls we threw at them. They are RV people so they handled everything with ease and would definitely stay there on our next visit to the Bentonville area.

The hosts were great and super friendly with a great location for getting everywhere we wanted to go! In about 10 minutes we were at the Rail Yard, Slaughter Pen or Crystal Bridges. We were looking for a comfortable secure family spot and got exactly what we needed. We will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Tami’s. She and her husband were so helpful with newbies backing in amour trailer in the dark. They even gave us some spices to cook. Super nice people, great location! I had a race in Bentonville and it was easy to get there and back.

Awesome little spot to overnight or stay for awhile. Can't say enough nice things about camp hosts. This spot is just minutes from downtown Rogers and minutes from Bentonville. We stayed for our daughters softball tournament and had a wonderful time very quiet with private drive for security, felt as if it was our very own. There is also a storm shelter if it's needed. Tami and her husband were very hospitable and checked on us many times. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Very peaceful country setting. Close to town and within 20 minutes to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Tami and her husband were warm and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area.

This is a wonderful place to stay and spend time! Not only is the location beautiful with easy access to water, electricity and a very nice fire pit, but it is close to everything we wanted to do in Bentonville! Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is amazing! We spent a three days riding our mtn bikes in Coler and Slaughter Pen and could easily have stayed for at least a week had we known how wonderful Bentonville is! Tami and her husband were very warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Great spot near Bentonville & Roger’s. Hook up was easy and the spot incredibly quiet. Very safe area. Hosts were super nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Bike Stay Spot
Tami and Gene were so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back to visit. Their property is well manicured and quiet yet close to trails, Rogers, and Bentonville. Thanks for being such great hosts!

I had a relaxing weeklong stay at Tami's and highly recommend it. Her and her husband were the most accommodating and friendly hosts. We watched a rare lightning storm together and it was spectacular. Their land is close to everything and short bike ride away from downtown Rogers and Lake Atalanta for picnicking or bike trails.

My friend and I absolutely LOVED staying at Tami’s place. Beautiful property with a lot of space, wonderful people, exactly as advertised. We would love to return when traveling through Arkansas. Thank you, Tami, for your hospitality (and the fresh eggs)!

This location is perfect for a peaceful stay. Close to many area attractions. The grounds and landscape impeccable with so much area to walk the property. My host Tammy was very kind and helpful to ensure I had everything I needed. I am already planning to stay at Tammy’s on my return trip!
