Just off Galeppi Creek, Big Cove is an overflow campground open only when all other campgrounds in the Frenchman Lake Recreation Area are full. This doesn’t mean it’s second-rate though. You’ll have access to two nearby boat docks. Scoop up a few supplies at Wiggins Trading Post in nearby Chilcoot.
