Sinclair's Mill
in Sinclair's Mill, VirginiaCreek Access (Site #1)
in Spring Hill Farm, VirginiaA large property with plenty of privacy. I recently went camping here with my wife and six young children.
The site was well maintained, and included a picnic table, a metal fir ring, and a compost toilet.
There is plenty of space and options for where to pitch your tent(s).
There are mosquitos in the area (normal for this region in Summer), but a mosquito repellant lantern and a campfire gave us plenty of reprieve.
Camille, the camp host, stopped by the camp site on the evening of our arrival to welcome us and answer any questions we may have had. We enjoyed learning about the property and its history while speaking with Camille.
We all felt safe in the area, and the kids had a good time running around and exploring.
I would highly recommend Spring Hill Farm.
