Star Lite Nights
in Off the Grid Friendship Camp, WyomingConfusion and beauty
Disclaimer, we drove in at night.
Even so, the directions are very general, and landmarks are difficult to identify, if at all. If this is private land I don't know why there wouldn't be any signage to make this process easier. The only pull-off road that fit the description in the directions (drive between 0.5miles and 0.75miles north) immediately forked into two different paths, we took the left one (?). Still very unsure if we were even in the right place, we ended up pulling to the side of the path at one point in fear that the truck wouldn't be able to get out (the ground was saturated). Really beautiful spot, and very close to i80, so super convenient, but overall it's hard to recommend after a confusing episode trying to decipher where to be.
