Escape and be away from it all on this fairytale property. The orchard consists of over 90 lime trees and dozens of other tree varieties that are fruiting or will be fruiting soon. There are many varieties of oranges and tangerines. There are Rollinia, Abiu, avocados, mountain apple, Black Sapote, Surinam cherry, bananas, Soursop, Ulu(breadfruit), Lillikoi(passion fruit), and various others. There’s a most special place on the property named Thalia’s Enchanted Forest and it’s where my Golden retriever of 10 years was laid to rest. There are many kinds of flowering Hawaiian favorites planted in this forest. This cabin is completely off-grid. There is a solar electrical system as we as water catchment so a real toilet and hot shower, and plenty of power for charging and using light and small appliances. The location makes it simple to hit the beach parks down in Hilo or visit other popular places like the Volcano National Park. They’re both within about a 30 minute drive. I can provide farm fresh eggs upon request and I always enjoy sharing from the properties gardens.
