Off grid Tiny House on 18 acres!
in Tiny House Farm, IllinoisKenny's Tiny House Farm was everything we were hoping for. It was a nice little getaway from the big city for me and my partner. Her dog loved it too. The craftsmanship of the tiny house was impressive and the beds were quite comfortable. We were very surprised to find out that is was air conditioned! Refilling the generator took a little bit of getting used to, part of that was our fault for picking the hottest weekend of the year so far. We'll probably be back in the fall to enjoy the nicer weather and not have to rely so much on the A/C. The property was well kept and the night sky was beautiful. We went for a short hike through the woods on the property and I could definitely see myself spending more time out on the trails. The outdoor shower was everything I dreamed of and even though there were a couple of houses scattered across the rolling hills, it felt very secluded and there was very little, to no, traffic, which was a great change of pace. All in all, we had a very positive trip and are definitely considering coming back!
