Before the bailey's homesteaded the land the only other inhabitants could have been the migratory Pawnee. For the last hundred + years the farm has been in the bailey family, from a father with many children passing land to his sons, and eventually it would fall in the hands of his grandaughters' family who would eventually have a daughter herself who would start a produce business with a vision for living along the creek.
