Our land is devoted to utilising and learning about Permaculture and tinkering with new sustainable building and energy production practices. Currently on the drawing board a suspended tree house, tiny house design and construction workshops and a low head electrical generating system.

There are a variety of camping sites, more than 1/2 of them obtainable by trail only. There is a year round creek and several springs on the property. Adjoining the property there are thousands of acres of Forest Service land and just up the road is the proposed Scotchman Peaks Wilderness Area.
