There aren't flushable toilets yet and the shower is cold and open, but other than that we enjoyed our time at Dakota Tipi Village. It is in a very isolated area - the closest town is Taft, which allows for stunning night skies. It is surrounded by mountains that turn pink during the golden hour. We brought a couple of butane camping stoves and used the on-site propane BBQ to cook all our food. The tipis can get cold at night since there are openings in them, so bring warm clothing to sleep in and blankets/sleeping bags! In most of the tipis you would sleep on the ground. All in all it was a dreamy stay!
