in Richard Wizardy's Cynosure Project, ArizonaGreat experience for some
This is a great site for some but not others (ex. great for me, but not my site-mate). The site has livestock so you can't be very prudish about this. I personally found the dogs on site a lovely inclusion, but some do not like other's dogs as much as me. I am not confident that pets would be a good idea, there are some hazards in the area that curious animals would not be great with. Further, the livestock protection dogs might not be okay with an animal up in the middle of the night, or even you for that matter. This is something that should be discussed with the host. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, and with the surrounding area being so incredible this is worth exploring.
