This is one of the oldest farms in Western New York. Main house was built in 1830. It was an apple orchard and crop farm until 1940's. Now it is 100 acres of wildlife habitat with a creek running through the property and a pond. 17 acres is field. Because we are 2 miles from Irondequoit National Wildlife Refuge, the variety of birds, and other animals is mind bogling.
