Coyote Ridge
in Elsewhere Homestead, VermontCozy private ledge above a brook
Really nice private and scenic site. It is set away from other campers so expect a little hike (a little less than 10 minutes) of moderate difficulty to get to the ledge but well worth the trip. We loved being on a ridge above a babbling brook and small waterfalls. Colby and Aria were super nice and helpful hosts, we would def recommend this site for those that want a slightly more remote experience while being close to civilization. Campsite is relatively small in size due to being on a ledge but we fit our medium sized tent and chairs along the firepit just fine. We chose to bring our berkey water filter and it worked great filling up from the nearby falls! We ended up staying on a weekend where all 3 sites on the property were booked with groups of people and noise and privacy was not an issue. A short drive to Brattleboro to the food co-op, restaurants, thrift stores, art and music and awesome river swimming! Thanks again to Colby and Aria for having us and being such great hosts, hope to see you again soon!
