in Tres Lagos Farm & Garden, FloridaWe enjoyed our stay here. There was a fire pit and electricity. Would definitely reccommend. They are growing fruit trees so would be really nice when they are in bloom. Host was great and helpful. Pool looked nice but the weather was to cold. Porto potty was on site. It was a nice experience
in Bahia Honda State Park, Florida
Book in advance. Well in advance. That said they often have walk up camping available.
in John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Florida
Being your snorkel gear. Plenty of places to stock up close to camp.
in Pisgah National Forest, North Carolina
The falls are a longer trail then expected. Tell your wife your going or she may panic when your not back for a long time.
in Blue Ridge Parkway, Virginia
Get up early to watch the otters. Quitly exit your tent. There are often deer roaming around the sites in the am.
in Blue Springs State Park, Alabama
Best time to visit any Florida springs is during the week after schools have begun. We be had many all to our selves.
in Everglades National Park, Florida
Bug spray. The nastiest most chemical filled one you can find. And soak in it. Helps a little. I know it's not always this bad but the last time was unbearable.
