Learn more about our land: In the heart of Willamette Valley AVA and on a breezy 20-acre lot of land we provide a space for you to set yourself up and enjoy life's natural bounty. We offer a small shared space with a wood fire stove and some essential items, many games (such as horseshoes), and lots of picnic areas and tables sprinkled throughout the property. The location is central and half an hour to just minutes away from water bodies Hagg Lake, Nestucca River, Yamhill River, little Niagara Falls, Mill Creek, Baker Creek, Rainbow Lake and more… Such as the Carlton public pool. If your looking to jaunt from camp a little further, we are located a little over an hour and a beautiful drive to the Pacific Coast and about an hour from Portland. Although in the middle of the country woods, we are surprisingly only two and a half miles from the adorable and quaint town of Carlton. So beside the views, you’ll be alongside some fantastic eateries and outstanding winemakers. Being raised in the community, and over ten years of experience in the local food and wine industry, I can give recommendations aplenty. ꕥ The property has been in our family since the late 60’s and has recently been transferred in ownership to the next generation! It’s been a large adjustment with many precious memories in tow. In hopes to carry on the legacy we opened up camp mid-summer 2021, and it’s a work in progress (as work normally is!), but has been a beautiful experience being in a position to share. There are two family homes on the property with people who truly admire this land we have been given so we do ask you to respect our process in this adjustment, as we miss our grandparents and parents who have worked their entire lives for us to be here. With the work of these past couple seasons, and thanks to our fellow campers, we have been able to lay more gravel, get a more fluid bathroom situation established, and have purchased a 20ft stargazing tent that is in the works of being listed this season! Settled in the rolling hills of beautiful Willamette Valley, we have started a beautiful and passion filled glamping site! A couple years ago we began with just four tent/RV spots, but this year I have decided to take the leap and extend on a new venture-- the 20ft canvas tent! The tent is a beauty, fully equipped for a weekend full of comfort, luxury and enough rustic feel to ground you to the important things in life. We are located two short miles from downtown Carlton, an adorably quaint town with some of the best wines in the world and tasty bites. While staying at the canvas yurt, you will also have full access to the rest of the off-grid grounds where we have a communal space equipped with a wood stove, games, horseshoes, yoga mats, meditation cushions, and if you search in the woods far enough you'll even find a slackline. If you have a larger group, or are looking to tent or RV camp yourself you can book sites on or other listing under “Celestine Field & Oak Grove”. There are enough activities within driving range to keep many entertained for a lifetime of adventure. Our property is on a gorgeous road, that if followed leads through the Tillamook Forest, along the Nestucca River, past Hebo Lake, and into Pacific City, and if staying in the valley there are stunning wineries all around us. Discover our inviting common space featuring a cozy wood fire stove and essential amenities, and many games (such as horseshoes). Scattered picnic areas and tables dot the property, perfect for leisurely gatherings. The location is half an hour to just minutes away from water bodies Hagg Lake, Nestucca River, Yamhill River, little Niagara Falls, Mill Creek, Baker Creek, Rainbow Lake and more. If your looking to jaunt toward a larger body of water, we are a little over an hour and a beautiful scenic drive along Nestucca river to the Pacific Coast as well as an hour from Portland. — We do suggest, to best prepare yourself, please read the entire listing before your stay! We want to ensure every aspect meets your expectations. — We have 9 RV/tent sites to choose from & can accommodate vehicles under 40ft in length. The sites are flat, though there are no hookups or electricity available at this time. A generator must be used to power the glasshouse, though there are tea lights stocked. Campfires are permitted (barring any fire bans), allowing for memorable evenings under the stars—safety always a priority. We have sadly had the field catch flame a time or two, so be very careful with open flame and keep a hearty distance from any combustible materials, including grass, vegetation, or structures. Pets are more than welcome! Please keep them close and be mindful of others. If your dog doesn’t do well with other animals, please be sure to warn me in your request to best prepare. Potable water and cooking equipment are available in the glasshouse. And a portable-lou is available for campers to use tucked next to the dark grey shed (it's cleaned every Wednesday)! Although in the middle of the country woods, we are surprisingly only two and a half miles from the quaint town of Carlton. So beside the views, you’ll be alongside some amazing eateries and outstanding wine makers.
