Wonderful*if* you're self-contained
40 ft travel trailer · With pets · Lots of good things about Dreambuilders Oasis: beautiful spacious field, water feature with frogs, fireflies, stars at night, quiet neighborhood, great pizza joint (Pasquale's) just down the road. But the porta-potty was dirty inside and out--what looked like dried mud spatters from ground level to six feet high or more, a fine layer of dust everywhere, and spider webs both active and old--hadn't been emptied in way too long, stank, the hand-sanitizer dispenser inside was empty, and the seat needed cleaning when we arrived.
I messaged Tracey, and she sent her husband out of to put in more "blue goo," but that didn't fix any of the other problems, and didn't fully fix the smell because the problem was that the porta-potty needed to be serviced--emptied, cleaned, and refilled with deodorizer. The mound of poop was higher than the level of liquid, and had bugs crawling on it. We camped across the country from Washington State to to Cochranville, and it was the worst porta-potty we've encountered.
But as long as you're self-contained, great place and great stay!
