Great spot, great value for the amenities: onsite well water (multiple spigots and a hose), multiple 12v and 30amp electrical boxes, picnic table, Adirondack chairs and a little side table, fire ring with tree stump stools, shady oak trees (which enhance privacy), various ways to park our teardrop trailer and Tacoma rig. We stayed at Site 1 and enjoyed hill/mountain views. Feels like we rented a field, not just a spot. As the gracious hosts indicate, bring your potty setup and pack out all your waste/trash. Tossed our trash in their cans at the front gate. There are smooth dirt roads around the perimeter of the farm, where we walked our dog off-leash, flung her ball and let her run.
We heard lots of domestic and wildlife sounds around the area and adjacent farms: magpies, turkeys, coyotes, owls, fighting raccoons, mooing cows and bulls, and horses. Lots of large rabbits showed themselves in and around our spot.

Great views of an olive orchard, vineyards, and the hills of the entire region. Very quiet. Only 2 sites is a plus to avoid noisy neighbors. Excellent spot if you want to explore the east side of the Santa Lucia range up De Venturi Road (you can also access Nacimiento-Fergusson Road to Highway 1) or Mission San Antonio de Padua. Will return!

Beautiful Space! Pups and I absolutely love coming. Everything is always clean, the walking is wonderful as is the quiet. And the sky at night is incredible, you can see the Milky Way!
I woke up to the sound of woodpeckers and many many thrustling birds of all varieties. It's in a small grove surrounded by vinyards. The view of the mountain was gorgeous. I didn't stick around long but it felt very peaceful

Wonderful place. This was our second visit there. Campsites are nicely equipped with great views of the surrounding terrain. We go for the night skies as there is very little ambient light once it gets dark. Note that the turn to the place is a right on Oak after a left on Murphy. GPS calls these roads Bradley-Lockwood, though. We will go again.

We loved tent camping on site #2! It was perfect, water source available, lights strung around the picnic table was a nice touch and the olive grove across the way was beautiful. You could her coyotes and elk in the distance!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first. There is plenty of space and the loveliest of views. I highly recommend.
We stayed in site #2 for a night. I stayed in my 19ft van and my best friend brought her jeep and tent camped with her daughter . Plenty of room for both vehicles. Ground where the tent was setup was slightly un-level, but this was mentioned by the host so not surprised and totally manageable for our short stay. If we were staying longer I might’ve suggested putting the tent on a flat spot in the parking spot… plenty of room.
Having potable water and electrical hookup for a rig is fantastic. And the area is setup with a nice deep fire pit and some seating, with lots of room for extra chairs if needed. The string lights were perfect mellow warm colored lighting and high enough that the light diffuses so you’re not overwhelmed with crazy LED white light that is so common everywhere.
BONUS FEATURE: unplug the string lights and you get a fabulous view of the stars!!
TRAVELERS TIP: if coming from the north, drive a bit farther down toward Bradley and get on the G18 Jolon Rd from there. I found that section of road to be much less bumpy/uneven and you’ll also avoid a pretty steep hill climb that snuck up on me out of nowhere.

Really beautiful views and a very well appointed site! I loved the string lights 😁Visually and acoustically isolated from site #1, but close enough to comfortably borrow a cup of sugar. Directions to get there are clear and well-marked. Hosts are helpful and responsive via app. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and quiet. If solitude is what you need, this is the place. The campsites have it all, picnic table, fire ring, over head lights if you want, a barbecue grill ready for charcoal, electricity and water.
Plenty of things to fill your day if you’d like within a short drive.
We enjoyed our stay immensely, and plan on coming back!

Oak Mountain View Campground was peaceful, clean, and well maintained. The fire pit was great, and with only two campsites spaced far apart, it felt very private. The views were beautiful, and I would definitely recommend this campground for a relaxing getaway.

This was out second stay at the Private Vineyard and Mountain Views site #1 and it was as equally pleasant as the first time around approximately six months ago! The instructions to access the site are superb and the site itself is peaceful, serene, and provides ample water and electric hook up options. There is plenty of level or near-level ground to park an RV or setup a tent and the oak tree coverage at the site provides great shade and comfort during warmer or hot days. Our party of 12 is looking forward to our third stay, hopefully sometime this fall!

The property owners really intentionally thought these sites through. They have multiple power and water sites in each spot. Site 1 and 2 are not visible from one another. So if you have someone in the other spot you get your privacy. The rights in the trees make it an IG instant. The fire pit AND grill are excellent. The table is great. They even have a 220v outlet where you can charge an EV on the property. (You have to bring your own charger). The only part that wasn’t there (or we didn’t find it) was the porta potty. For us it was really windy right until sundown. Once it cooled down and got dark we had no wind (May). I think this might be typical as King City nearby is always windy. At night you hear coyotes but there’s a fence around the whole property and we never saw anything on the property. (Coyotes are everywhere in California). I would absolutely return.

The campsite was absolutely delightful. It was beautiful and quiet and so peaceful. We could hear some cows mooing in the distance in the evening and enjoyed amazing sunsets. We very much look forward to returning. It was so relaxing and wonderful to be able to have our pups roam about in the fenced in property.

I don’t want to give this a great review because I want it to stay a secret, but this place was amazing!!! So relaxing and such a comfortable and easy camp site. We spent the weekend listening to the birds, watching the wildlife and just enjoying the views. Perfect spot!

We loved this spot! Everything was done so thoughtfully to set up the camping spot - the electrical outlets, EV charging, water spigots, hanging lights, campfire seats, a picnic table and a grill. The camp area is also kept neatly mowed which was very nice to camp on opposed to the typical dirt campground. The views were gorgeous and the weather was perfect. Our dogs had a blast running around, playing and sniffing all the smells.. We will definitely be back! What a special spot! 12/10!
