Learn more about this land:
Approximately 40 acres of fairly flat land her on East Little Island in Cathlamet, WA. Surrounded by mountain ranges. Little Island is a part of Puget Island with Bernie Slough running between them and they are surrounded by the Columbia River. Property has approximately a 1 1/2 mile, maintained walking trail around the ditches where you can also enjoy seeing wildlife.... White tailed deer, birds, frogs with some as big as a dinner plates and Nutria. On the southwest part of the property we have a small boat launch for kayak's and canoe's. Bernie Slough is a great place to kayak, this slough does flow in and out of the Columbia River. We offer 8 camping areas, with our property being large we allow our campers to pick their spot. We have 3 barns which we call the community area. It has a large fire pit, porta potty and you are welcome to have access to the enclosed Rose barn. Bad Mitten/Volly ball net, horse shoes and Cornhole, just return after use.
Have A big boat? No problem. Elochoman Slough Marina is 2.7 . On the Island is also Sevensen Boat Ramp Port Dist. #2 and only 3.1 miles away. The Columbia River has beautiful scenery great for just enjoying the water and fishing.
