Desert Hot Springs  (10 minutes  to Palm Springs) is  world famous  for it's mineral water mineral hot water spas!!!,,,,,,,,,,,  Fantastic 360  views  evenings and mornings are best !!!!    Spring time can be windy!!!! Check the weather.Not Super Rural but  close to  all you need in town 2 miles away choose  to  camp off the outcropping  in  the  lower east base of hill section  of  5 acres  all within  2  Miles  of  the town    views   of  palm springs and  mt San Jacinto! Located on flat land  and easy access  site on a .5 mile long  dirt   road  houses  near by and  within view  not  good  for big parties . on the border of city limits so best for a quick place to crash for the night or 2 but probably too close to humanity to expect a pristine remote experience. With covid opening up people are going to places not really visted before so it is possible to see other people near this site

Stay on a beautiful 20 acres of raw desert land for incredible sunrises and sunsets plus unheard of star gazing just a 1/4 mile off the 62 highway in 29 palms and east entrance to national park. Town is close enough by but you'll find peace and quiet here with 360 views and easy access (just 6 miles) to the east entrance of Joshua Tree National Park !!!!access Pay booth/ visitors center,And 1 mile from Utah trail street east entrance access road to national park . 3 miles from 29 palms town for supplies.This is a great spot to crash for the night or 2 and build a fire. It's a solid, good dirt rd directly in to the property but you may need a truck to get into the camping part of the desert. CHECK GROUND BEFORE DRIVING JUST TO BE SMART .( If you are an experienced off roader then this is a piece of cake and not worth mentioning ) this is mentioned for someone who has never driven in the desert

Property is on a flat 1000 year flood plain but no deep ditches!! or washes from rain flow AND IS HARD PACKED IN most AREAS AND NOT IN OTHERS!! use caution if you do not have a 4 wd

This is a super private, off-grid exp. There may be some firewood left but you might need to bring a saw to cut it. no other campers or people to contend with

Park off of road or in the camping area of the desert. drive through the town of 29 palms on 62 hwy. about 3 miles after Adobe RD.,,(the main street in 29.) this 20 acres sits ... 1/4 mile north of hwy 62 on Singing Sands. From the 62 highway onto Singing Sands go left . Take the very first dirt road onto Singing sands You can park on singing sands and carry your stuff into the desert if you are at all concerned about sand for driving

great star gazing because of minimal city lights and great sunrises and sunsets.. This is a very nice easy to get to rural camping experience
