Sanctuary Horses will welcome you at the gate to the sanctuary property. Though close enough by to make your stay as comfortable as possible, solitude is only a blink away at your campsite. Wake up to sunrise over the Hualapai Peaks in the east, Sunsets over the Black Mountains and the entrance to Secret Pass Canyon.

1mi to the south you’ll face the North Wall of the Mount Nutt Wilderness known to hikers and horseback riders near and far. 1mi to the west is the entrance to the Peace Trail to Secret Pass Narrows. Whether you prefer to ride your horses, go hiking/rock climbing, off-roading, fishing, boating or just enjoying some peace and quiet at camp watching the horses or participating in an Equine Connection class, Caring Hearts for Horses Sanctuary welcomes you to count the stars with us under the clear night sky.

If you love the desert landscape but wish for the balance of water we are only 20 min from the Colorado River, Lake Mohave, and Laughlin Nv Casinos. Old Rt 66 is 20 min to the northwest next to I40 and can take you to Oatman Ghost town. Many other things depend on your adventurers' taste.
