David's parents bought this property in 1972 and deeded it to him to 1996. At that time it was heavily wooded and it was difficult to see the river due to the heavy brush. The area used to be a gravel pit and there are still pockets of gravel throughout the property. The first acre has the home, several sheds, garden and covered carport used for gatherings. Plans for the second acre include rental use for RVs and Boats.  The third acre has wonderful views of the river and the other side lies is wooded and is between Little and Big Webberville Parks. We have been doing lots of landscaping and enjoy walking down to the river to fish or just watch the river.  We look forward to sharing it with you.,
