The center is nestled within 138 acres of the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in the Southern tier of Western New York. This is the ideal place for folks who enjoy secluded, quiet, private places to unwind, relax and commune with the elements of nature. Activities include: hiking, biking, snow shoeing, bird watching, wildlife observation, meditation, stargazing etc. We currently offer 2 cabins, a cottage, 3 tent sites (1 is fully furnished). The cabins, cottage, tent sites & trails are very private and secluded. Each site has its own private entrance. There is approximately 10 miles of professionally groomed, maintained trails for guests to share for recreational purposes. The trails are marked and 10-15' wide. They range in difficulty. The southern section of the property ascends abruptly from 2050'-2250'. The northern range is less abrupt.
It has been my passion & a genuine labor of love to keep this environment as pristine as possible. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide a place for man to be nurtured, where nature & wildlife will thrive, always striving to keep the environment as pristine & serene as possible. Truly a unique balance. Due to this balance, occupancy is limited. Small groups are welcome (contact us for pricing.) Ample parking & private picnic areas are also provided. The camp grounds were very clean and open. I enjoyed my specific cabin (#46). It was very comfortable and had the essentials necessary to feel at home but not too cluttered. I will definitely be coming back for another getaway.

I loved the tiny home. My partner and I had a great time. Definitely bring cooking equipment though if you plan to cook. I wasn’t sure whether to bring any, and saw it said it had basic cooking equipment but it wasn’t much to work with. Other than that everything was great. Easy to navigate and arrived without issue. Came late so couldn’t find the cabin, but customer service was great and helped navigate us in the dark. Would definitely recommend and come back to the campground when it’s warmer out!

Very clean, cozy, and welcoming place. The hot tub was a bonus for our stay during the cold nights. The location was great! We planned our trip to visit some local breweries. There were many options within 20 mins. I'd definitely stay there again, and will probably be back during the summer.

The location was an excellent "basecamp" for hiking in both Rothrock and Bald Eagle State Forests. I'm sure it is much busier in football season and summer moths, but I was pleased to have very little company at the campground for my winter stay.

Extremely peaceful romantic getaway to celebrate the New Year! Even with neighbors in the tiny home behind ours, we felt as though we had our own space due to privacy walls. Beautiful interior and relaxing exterior with a great fire pit and hot tub. We would most definitely come back!
