The Feather River Hot Springs offers you a unique experience. We are located on State Highway 70 along the East Branch of the North Fork of the Feather River in the canyon. In the canyon there are many sights and sounds to enjoy. Nestled in between Highway 70 and the banks of the Feather River, are 5 tent sites and 5 RV sites, as well as 3 cabins available for your stay. All very close to the river. Overnight stays include the use of a natural sulphur hot springs beside the Feather River. It is small, accommodating six persons max at one time. Guests are able to book a private reservation for two or more for $120. Young children are not allowed in or at the Springs, must be teens and up. There is a sign up board for multiple shared soaks at check in cabin. The Springs are a short walk from the RV sites and camping. Swimsuits required, no glass containers, smoking or pets. There are three cabins that sleep max of two adults. Pets are not allowed. They are nonsmoking cabins. The cabins are very close to one another. There is a shared outdoor cooking area. Five tent sites of different sizes are all along the river. Five RV sites as well to accommodate from small trailers to 40’ . Please check accommodations size before booking. Pets are welcome in RV and camping areas but must be on a leash at all times. Limit one pet per site. Aggressive dogs or excessive barking is not permitted and you will be asked to leave. Pets are not allowed down at the tubs. Quiet time is from 10pm to 9am. Excessively loud music not allowed. This is a very small resort, a mutual respect for all guests and the property is a top priority. This has been my home for over 15 years, it’s not a facility. Campfires are allowed by request and are dependent on weather conditions. You must bring your own cut wood, no bigger than 24” or purchase wood here. Foraging for firewood is not allowed. Campfires cannot be left unattended. Quaint and rustic but often referred to as magical. Not just a stopover on your way to somewhere else but hopefully a destination that you will want to return to again and again. Spring, summer or fall there’s always something new to experience. Coppercreek Camp is your mountain escape with fresh air and dark night skies perfect for star gazing. Come stay in a cabin or pitch a tent with friends and family and enjoy endless miles of hiking, biking, and riding trails. Coppercreek Camp is located in Plumas County 10 minutes from Lake Almanor, the Feather River, and Round Valley Lake. We are an hour from Lassen National Park.
Picnic by our ponds, play in our sandpit volleyball court, relax in a hammock, watch your kids put on a show at our amphitheater, and watch the sunset over Keddie Peak. The frogs and crickets will sing you to sleep. Ask us how to access our trails and other ponds.
Our bunk cabins are rustic with electricity, windows and locking doors, and each cabin has different bed accommodations. Please bring all of your own bedding and sleeping bags. Some of the cabins have heat/AC.
We have tent sites available with picnic tables and can accommodate dry-camping RVs. We are still working on installing RV hook-ups.
May through October there is a bath and shower house with hot water and flush toilets. Propane fire pits are available for rent. We have an ice machine on in the summer months located by our Main Lodge.
The winters are cold and snowy, spring and fall are ideal with warm sunny days and cool, crisp nights, and the summer has warm evenings and hot days. There is plenty of shade with large pine, cedar and oak trees and open sunny space in the meadow. Coppercreek Camp is your perfect mountain getaway for the whole family!
Please note: The Dixie fire burned our town of Greenville in August 2021. There is ongoing repair work in the local area, a lot of burned forest, but still many beautiful sites to see. Much of our property burned, but we are rebuilding and have beautiful green trees with plenty of shade. All of our pictures on HipCamp are post-fire and up-to-date. Please come and support our special town as we rebuild!
The town of Greenville is located about 5 minutes from our property and offers a grocery store, Dollar General, gas station with mini mart, and wonderful food trucks. Grab the best quesadillas and drinks from the Way Baby or delicious coffee and breakfast from The Valley Grind.

Turner Beach At Lake Almanor is a privately owned vacant lakefront lot. The property is wide enough to accommodate 3 RV's/camp trailers end to end, ensuring no blocked views of the lake. You will be camping along Lake Almanor's East Shore on your own private campground instead of "combat camping" in the popular public campgrounds nearby. Additionally, the property can accommodate numerous smaller vans and tents. We have 2 mooring buoys and a large dock. (Dock may no longer be in the water after September) There is a sani-hut potty which is maintained/cleaned weekly. The property is located between the lake and the highway, so there will be road noise. Some guests have been bothered by the traffic and some have not.
We have 2 SUP boards, 3 kayaks, and a canoe as well as a 5-person pedal boat that can be borrowed while renting our beach. Doing so will be at your own risk and you are required to wear personal floatation devices (lifejackets). Lifejackets are not provided, so you will need to bring your own. We ask that you please respect our toys and take care not to damage them or lose any parts/pieces.
ALL RENTERS MUST TAKE THEIR OWN TRASH WITH THEM WHEN THEY DEPART
No Fireworks, No firearms, No drugs allowed.
Dogs are allowed and we do have a 10 x 10 x 6 kennel onsite. Campers are responsible for minding their pet's safety, politeness, and picking up their poo-poo's.
Marshmallow roasting/cooking fires must be kept small and are only allowed in the provided fire ring. There is firewood onsite.
The early mornings are tranquil, and the sunsets are STUNNING! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Our options include a cozy studio cabin with a full bed, bunk beds, or futon, our popular loft cabin that sleeps up to six with a queen bed and two full mattresses in a low-ceiling loft, and our spacious chalet with room for eight. Each cabin comes with a fully stocked kitchen and essential items like linens and towels, ensuring a comfortable stay. To make your stay more comfortable, we suggest bringing along some additional beach towels, as the towels provided are meant for use only within the cabin. Pet Policy
All our cabins and seasonal RV sites are pet friendly and we allow up to two dogs per reservation. We ask that they stay off the furniture (beds, sofas etc.) and are not left in the rental unattended. We love dogs, but sadly won’t be able to accommodate heavily shedding pets that aren’t house trained. Additionally, our insurance will not allow "aggressive breeds" that include any mix of: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Sheppard.
Please pick up after your pup and use a leash when at the camp. Thank you in advance for your consideration and help in keeping our camp a mellow and enjoyable place for everyone.

This property lies at the base of the Sierra Mountains, approximately 9 miles north of Doyle, CA on the west side of US Route 395. Access to the ranch road is from US Route 395. Its elevation starts at 3800 feet and rises higher than 5,000 feet. The lower half is rolling high chaparral and the upper half is steep with forest land that was burned in the 2021 Dixie Fire. There are still plenty of live trees left.
This ranch lies in Deer Hunting Zone X6b. Lassen National Forest is on the west boundary of this ranch, with a gate that allows access to the national forest. The 395 Ranch boasts incredible views for nearly 75 miles.
The ground is primarily decomposed granite so mud never becomes a problem. Wind can be strong when weather systems approach. The campsites are very basic with no toilet facilities (at this time) but water is available for cooking and washing dishes. An outdoor enclosed shower is available as well. At this time (summer) the water is naturally warm from the pipe’s exposure to the sun and hot water from a flash heater will be available in the near future. Tents can be erected almost anywhere on the property, but campfires are strictly prohibited until the rainy/cold season.
Water and an electric hookup is available next to the barn for RVs and travel trailers at an additional cost. Sewer service is not available.
There is also an older but nice three-bedroom, one bath home that is also available for short term rentals. It is heated during the winter by two wood burning stoves and cooled comfortably during the summer with a swamp cooler. The rent for this house is based on the season, ranging from $169-$229 nightly plus extra fees for pets or more than three people.
Visitors of the past have found hiking, looking for artifacts and rocks to be fun activities. It’s also been an amazing place for stargazing and using telescopes. Others simply enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the peace, quiet and views.

Pets: We love pets! Please be aware that local predators (coyotes, bobcats, mountain lions, etc.) may pose a risk. Close supervision is recommended for off-leash or outdoor pets.

Secluded, remote, quiet and private! The Plumas Headwaters Retreat is set at 5900' with ridges rising on both sides, and a creek that flows through. This property is a unique and evolving habitat and ecosystem restoration project where you can see the rebirth of a forest, following the 2021 Dixie Fire. Headwaters Retreat is a perfect option for finding critters such as mule deer, black bear, an occasional bobcat or coyote, and raptors & upland birds! While more elusive and less frequent, you may even see or hear elk, wolves and mountain lions!
Being surrounded by National Forest and gently rising ridges to the west and east, this site is perfect for easy to moderate hikes, mtn biking the forest roads, or doing some dark-sky stargazing from the ridges!

The cabin was amazing and beautifully decorated. Super comfy and cozy. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything there. The hotsprings and the surrounding area is beautiful. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

I loved staying at Feather River Hot Springs; absolutely beautiful location right next to the river and the hot springs was a welcome addition after a 10-mile hike.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming to this quaint little nook next to the Plumas National Forest.

We loved our campsite here! It was so fun to wake up right on the river, and the hot springs were so cool to go in as the sun was setting. The train was a little noisy but it didn't bother us and we thought it was awesome to see it going through the hills. An awesome spot, we'd love to come back again!

We had such an amazing glamping experience this weekend! The site was beautiful and perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors. They included so many thoughtful amenities to make our stay comfortable while still letting us enjoy nature. One of our favorite parts was spending time by the nearby creek — it was peaceful, relaxing, and made the whole trip even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

My boyfriend and our 2 dogs LOVED camping at Turner beach! We loved fishing on the dock, kayaking, and taking in the stunning views of the lake all day long. The restroom onsite was clean on our arrival and the picnic table and lounge chairs onsite were a great bonus! Our dogs are extra adventurous and found some low spots/gaps in the fence and their paws got tired from the rocky ground, but that didn’t take away from the overall incredible experience!

Loved our stay here! Camped in Trailer site #4 & my best friend camped in #5. Super cute, quiet, and beautiful place to spend the weekend! Really enjoyed spending the day in the river & evening in the hot springs. Definitely looking forward to going back!

This was the best campsite! The horses and dogs were so fun to pet and the overall experience of the campsite was perfect. Felt as though we were at summer camp and couldn’t have been happier. The hosts were very sweet and met us soon after we arrived and gave us all the details we needed for a great stay :)

2 nights at Mill Creek Resort
My friend and I absolutely loved this little RV and the resort in general. They had just opened for the season so it was very quiet. The RV was so cute and we loved the decorations. It had everything we needed. There was one pull out futon and the seating/table area could be made into another bed so this was perfect for a non couple. We loved it so much and plan to reserve again sometime. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The Host was wonderful and very quick to respond back to questions !
The place was beautiful and spacious ! The amenities there like the Kayak and paddle boat was a nice gesture. Just had to clean a little dirt off but it was nice to be on the water! The weather was a bit rainy the time we had went but still had an amazing time ! Definitely would be coming back!

Incredible view, amazing hot springs, and friendly host. The cabins were adorable, and the grounds are kept so nice with beautiful gardens and cute animals. I had such a wonderful time, and hope that we didn't overstay our welcome by leaving a but late from our site.
