The area was quiet and easy to access in the rural area of Clarksdale. It took about 25 minutes to get to town and visit the blues clubs and sites
We had 50 amp power and water is available although we didn't need to use it.
We had site 3 which for our big rig,but if there would have been someone on site 4 it would have been too tight and we would not have been able to put our slides out.
There were restrooms in the building which you are given access to. There is a large pecan orchard, great for walking your dogs.

Hookups are on the “wrong side”- power reached no problem but needed our extra length water hose, and Andrew provided extra length to reach septic. Fairly convenient to town. We visited Hopson Hospitality at Mary’s suggestion, and found Red Panther Brewing and Ground Zero on our own the next night. Having power connection at the site was awesome. A very nice place to settle in while visiting Clarksdale.
