Fishers Pond at the Tree House was built as a tree house for my son. There is wildlife to view: cranes on the pond, squirrels, deer out the windows. I have seen as many as 6 at one time. The property has been in our family for many years.  The location used to be in soybean and wheat fields but now is in hay.  We are located 1.4 miles south of Interstate 40 (Exit 193) in Hazen, Arkansas with easy access.  We have had many great guest come and stay on our property and have been able to recharge for the next days journey.  We have 13 RV hook ups and plenty of room to boondock and camp to get a safe and quiet nights sleep.  We would love to have you come and stay with us!!Learn more about this land:We are a quiet country/farm setting 1 mile south of Interstate 40 off of Exit 193 in Hazen, Arkansas. Please add this as an extra (located at the bottom of the listing) for $15 so we can get you setup with the best site available. Hookups are $20 + $15 for $35/night. We are in the heart of deer and duck hunting in the state of Arkansas. Welcome! We want to note on the front hand that if you decide to stay with us you will be staying in a pasture behind a gate. This is especially important if you are tent camping, because your things will be safe while you explore Hot Springs and surrounding areas unlike a State Park or regular campground! Our land is home to a plethora of animals that you can visit with or just watch during your stay. Depending on the time of year and where we are at in our pasture rotation will dictate where the horses and most of the cattle herd are at. If you message me I can let you know! Our goats and a couple of our cows are at the end of the road on the right! The animals you can see are our cattle (most of their names are on their ear tags), horses, goats (working on getting collars with names, Pickles the mini donkey (he’s with the cows), and chickens (when they go out to free range). We also have a stocked pond that you can bring your fishing gear and fish! There are bass, catfish and bream! If you want to love on a cow then Pepper the Holstein is your girl! She is at the end of our road to the right with our other very sweet mini jersey Penelope! Pepper knows her name and will come to the fence to talk to you! The horses names are Vivian and Bonnie and they sometimes stay in the pasture with our campers, but they are at a different pasture for now! Vivian is the larger of the two white horses and she loves attention. Bonnie is also white, but she is a bit smaller. She is Viv's sister! There is also always the opportunity to see several species of wildlife while here! Part of our land is cleared for pasture and the rest is undisturbed forest. Two different creeks and hundreds of cedars adorn the land, hence the name "Cedar Creek Farms." Come enjoy the sounds of Ouachita Mountain nature and farm life with us!

Nice little spot with good neighbors in the cabins next door. Very peaceful and quiet area near Lake Conway. Ideal spot to take a break for a day or 2 to relax, camp out, and do some fishing. It can be a little tricky if you are pulling a RV. We've been able to get a 32-footer (pictured) but there is a particular way to maneuver in there. Learn more about this land: Keep it as simple as possible on the edge of the woods. Pitch a tent, do some fishing, or just chill and read your favorite books. Our little Lakeview hide-away is ideal for a quick get-away that's not too far away. This is a WALK-IN site near the bathhouse. it is located in a pine grove with a view of the large pond used for catch-and-release fishing. The location is rural on a paved road with all tent and rv sites located off the road 1/8 mile. It is quiet except for the chickens, ducks, and guineas. Most of the time, the hosts share some fresh eggs. There is water available at the bathhouse, a firepit to share, a playground, and a small dipping pool in the summer. There are charcoal grills available for campers as well. Not all networks work in this area this is the perfect place for unplugging.

Have owned since 2019 Learn more about this land: Pitch your tent in our semi wooded area. Close to downtown hot springs. This property is close the the road & sits beside my son's driveway. There is a new bypass very close to the property. Pets are allowed, just please keep them close & clean up after them. We have a charcoal BBQ grill, & chairs on site. There is a trash can on site to use. We also have a private camping toilet with a personal tent. (Please request this item as we keep it put up when not in use.) This area is wooded and has all the outdoor bugs. Although we treat the camp area, bring your repellants for fleas, tics, chiggers, mosquitoes, ect. Just in case. There is currently someone staying in the gray tiny house, didn't want this to be a surprise. You can book this spot to pitch a tent or park a car.

1 night at Private Arkansas Riverfront RV Site

Im considering going back immediately. This is the solitude and peace I’ve been driving around the country looking for (even though it’s in Jason’s backyard!) Plus it has water and electric hookups! You can really have it all! Per Jason’s recommendation, I got up early to watch the sun rise over the Arkansas river. It was perfect. You really park as close as humanly possible to the river, like it’s your RV, then a slope, then the river. I spent a day playing guitar on the steps that lead down to the water’s edge, and I think I’d do that every day if I could. Thanks for sharing heaven!

Weekend Trip to Pinnacle Springs Recreational Park

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend in site 6 and had a great time. Camp Toasty was all to ourselves the first night. The other campers were down at the creek. It looked nice but we were unsure if our vehicle would handle it well so we stayed up top. The neighboring donkey came over to visit at the fence and stayed until I couldn't hold my arm up to pet her any more. lol. The next morning my boyfriend saw the pig and was so amazed at how big he is. The nights were quiet, the stars were clearly seen from our site and it was just all round a great stay. We had purchased 2 bundles of firewood with our site and boy did they deliver. The wood was there when we got to our site (it actually helped locate which was our site). These were chunks of wood not just those little pieces you get from the store. They were stacked and there were some already placed in our fire pit ready for us. There was even a pile of sticks for kindling waiting. The site was mostly flat so finding somewhere to set up our tent and potty house wasn't difficult while still being near the car. It really was much better than I expected.

Weekend Trip to Indian Lakes Resort

My group accidentally booked a campsite here before they opened for the season. Rather than cancelling our booking, they opened the whole camp just for us. I traveled in a group of women and never felt unsafe. Tommy was very kind and welcoming. Bathroom facilities were clean and well kept and the tent camping site was nice and spacious. Overall, we had a great experience here!

Amanda was detailed and helpful in providing arrival instructions and welcomed us in the evening with her family after we found a place to pull our van and set up camp. They were accommodating for a last minute stay. We found wood around the cow field and had a wonderful fire. Beautiful to wake up with the sunrise and see the beauty around us. So many animals to see! Unfortunately we had to leave but Amanda offered to show us around. Would come back! Thank you!!!!

Gary was responsive to my questions and very helpful. The site was beautiful and secluded. You can hear a little bit of the interstate noise, but it's not distracting. It was a great place to spend a night while taking a long journey. Very convenient location. I highly recommend.

Very clean camping spots that are backed up to an awesome creek. You can see the mountain face with a couple of spots where you can get under it Has a nice open spot in the middle of the campground big enough to play football or frisbee. If you want good exercise,walk up the hill a few times 🤣
