Welcome to our newly launched RV park in Malvern, Arkansas—a simple, spacious, and affordable place to stay as we begin a new chapter on this unique 105-acre property.
This land was previously home to a motocross park, and we’ve recently taken it over with a vision to create a peaceful and accessible RV destination. While we’re just getting started, we’re excited to offer a clean and comfortable place to park, relax, and enjoy the natural surroundings. Motocross is not taking place on the property, but feel free to hike, jog, and explore the motocross tracks for fun. We have lots of plans for the space, but it's currently just open land to explore.
We currently offer 60 RV sites with both 30-amp and 50-amp power hookups. Guests have access to centralized water fill-up stations, dump stations, and clean public restrooms. Starlink Wi-Fi is available around the main building for those who need to stay connected.
This is a bare-bones, no-frills setup for now—ideal for travelers who appreciate open space, quiet surroundings, and an affordable place to stay. The property itself features rolling terrain, wide-open areas, and a peaceful rural setting where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
We’re located just a short drive from Hot Springs and within reach of Little Rock, making this a great home base for exploring Central Arkansas. Nearby, you’ll find access to some of the region’s most popular lakes, including Lake Catherine, Lake Hamilton, and Lake Ouachita.
