This lovely little camper is a 1950’s retro-inspired camper. This new camper has been built to resemble the cool style of the 1950s campers. It is set up in a space ready for you to arrive and experience camping from the glory days of the Great American Road Trip! Inside the 1950s theme continues with a small but functional kitchen equipped with matching period kitchen appliances and color-coordinated dishes and utensils. The booth dinette is matching colors and can be converted into a small bed. There is a compact bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The queen bed has a matching duvet . You can sit outside on the patio in matching furniture, build a fire, use the charcoal grill and soak in campground life. The camper may be retro but it still has modern conveniences including places to charge your electronics, air conditioning, heating, a full bathroom, a gas stove, a coffee maker, etc

The North Umpqua Trail Camper is perfect for families or groups. With a master bedroom, separate bunk room, full kitchen, bathroom, outdoor kitchen and amazing views. This luxury RV has it all. This new RV is finished with lots of high end touches. There are many windows to let in light and glimpse the forest and mountains through. Enjoy preparing food in with the outdoor party center, complete with charcoal BBQ, fridge, sink, & TV with outdoor speakers. For rainy days the inside has a large dining area across from the kitchen which has an island sink/prep area. There are 2 separate bedroom, the first has a queen bed. The 2nd is a bunk room sleeping 3 or 4 people. All bedding is provided but for the ultimate kids camping you may wish to bring their sleeping bags. The couch can be folded out to a queen bed if needed. The outside area has a fire pit and chairs to enjoy the long summer evenings. The water is from the on property spring, enjoy an endless supply of hot and cold sparkling mountain water.

This is our 28ft Retro Bunkhouse Camper. It has a full kitchen with Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, 4 burner stove, Oven, Coffee Maker, cups, plates, etc. There is a queen bed in the bedroom with plenty of storage. Complete with linens, pillows, and bath towels. The main room features a dinette that converts to a bed as well as two single bunks. The views from the main room are of the Umpqua National Forest. Enjoy outside living with the loungers, cedar wood picnic table, bistro set, and charcoal BBQ grill.

Live large with the Tiny Home XXL! Custom built by us, with 2 loft bedrooms, a full kitchen, a spa-inspired bathroom, and amazing views. This luxury retreat is a Tiny home dream. This hand-crafted custom home is finished with lots of high-end touches. There are many windows to let in light and glimpse the forest and mountains through. Enjoy preparing food in the galley-style kitchen where everything you need is within reach. The large dining area has picture windows and a door to the private rear deck. Get refreshed in the spa-inspired bathroom that features a rainfall ‘walk-in’ shower, a blue glass vessel sink, and unique tile and stone decor. The water is from the on-property spring, enjoy an endless supply of hot and cold sparkling mountain water. There are 2 lofts with queen beds. The master has access to the knotty pine staircase and has a privacy wall. The second loft also features a queen bed with ladder access. We have 3 beautiful sites for small RV's or tents. Each site has water, power, fire pit and picnic table, a gravel pad. This site is great for tents as it shaded. Tents are not permitted on the grass. Each site accommodates ONE tent up to 12x18' or a small RV, camper van or truck camper. There is a bathroom house centrally located in the middle of the park. We offer flushing toilets, tiled showers with hot and cold running water in the bathroom house. The North Umpqua River is located directly across the street with access just across the road. We have a swimming hole shaded in the trees. If you have an RV larger than a small van or you use a vehicle to pull your RV we have several types of larger RV sites available please check our listings. We also have plug ins for EV's, please bring your cord and let us know ahead of time.

We enjoyed space 17 at the last resort. While there, we felt the warmth of the sun and were able to go about our exploring without worrying about our belongings. The campground was clean and tidy, and we were amazed at all the amenities it had to offer.

The campsite host was very welcoming upon our arrival. Additionally, the entire site is well taken care of, and site facilities are clean. If you love waterfalls this is the perfect place to book as there are numerous falls that are only short hikes.

Fabulous experience! The grounds are very well maintained, the location is perfect; off grid and near several waterfalls and countless hikes. This was our first time "glamping" and the accommodations were better than what we expected. Having hot showers were a special added bonus. This was a seamless experience and I highly recommend "Umpqua's Last Resort"!!!
