It features a double bed, and kitchen with sink, and propane burner to cook meals, wood stove, dining table., umbrella , Andirondack chairs. 2 hammocks with stands. 2 picnic tables. There are also two tent campsites for tents w/ great views and privacy . Sand bottoms for tents . We supply a propane fire pit. Plenty of Water to wash up. Portable toilet with supplies. Solar shower, solar wash bin . We also have an outdoor kitchen with new bbq to prepare your meals. Storage box to protect you and food from wild life. We have 4 kayaks you can use on Trinidad Lake which is only 10 minutes away. Great fishing . The campsite has lots of beautiful rock outcroppings to explore, hike , do yoga, archery targets Bring your ATV's or UTV if you want. There are trails and roads to explore with beautiful views. This is 10 min from I25 and downtown Trinidad, yet you are all by yourselves in a gated community on 35 acres to explore. Close to restaurants, Trinidad Lake, Fischers Peak Park , biking , and hiking, scenic drives to Cuchara.

Fantastic little campground. The site is very well maintained and close to an adorable little old American main street style downtown. We also explored the dinosaur tracks state park which is about 20 minutes away. Would definitely stay at this spot again and recommend to others.

Lorina & Isaac were the most gracious hosts. The RV sites are adequate. It was quiet. Check out the TeePees (really cool). to stay in and the Yurt store!

The location was easy to find, Lorina came to say hi and ask if we needed anything when we arrived. She had a 50 to 30 amp converter to lend us which was helpful. Took peaceful walks around the area and enjoyed a good coffee in town before leaving.
