I loved camping here for a couple of nights! I ended up driving in a bit later than anticipated and it was more difficult to find after sunset, so I agree with the host in that arriving before sunset is best. The stars were beautiful and it was peacefully quiet the entire time. I was so cozy, thank you for letting me stay!

We were so grateful to drive up and park on Julie’s horseshoe! We’d had a trying day, with a turkey flying into our camper windshield earlier in the day and making a big mess. The peace of the campsite and the beauty of the adjacent meadow was just what we needed. Sharing our woes with Julie during the check-in, she offered kindness and support.

A cute little farm, easy to find, very convenient location for the Burlington area and other places. I needed to use bug spray and proper clothing -- something most campers should expect!

Easy parking in the field, with nice view of all the animals. Donkeys, emus, a pig, sheep and i heard the peacock but never saw it.

Sorry for the inconvenience but it was all right a little lack of communication on check-in but it all worked out right away and thank you for the eggs that was what it was all about I wanted some eggs you need to charge a little more for a while too cheap

We had the greatest night! We got in pretty late but Julie was super responsive and we were grateful to be able to camp here. We woke up this morning to a fun sight of emus, donkeys, pigs, lambs and a zillion chickens! What a wonderful spot! Thank you so much for sharing this with us!

Beautiful land with particularly curious emus who kept an eye on my shepherds throughout our brief stay. It was a quick overnight stop as we headed east toward home but a lovely place to catch up over a campfire with a friend.

Great place to park our van and stay overnight while passing through outside Milwaukee. Site was a mowed area of the front field of a small farm, no frills. There was a picnic table and a firepit (I think), but the other RV staying there was next to these, so we didn't use it. Host was friendly and offered us beverages upon arrival. We hung out outside our van for a little while after arrival, but it was mosquito season, so we went to bed early and left pretty early in the morning. Would've been cool to have gotten some of the fresh eggs available, but we forgot about em until well after we'd left.

Just what I needed. Was made to feel at home from the second I pulled in. Greeted by three super cool dogs and Julie the super host. Although this is a working mini farm my sleep wasn’t interrupted at all. The sounds of ducks, roosters, cows, birds etc… actually adds to the overall peaceful setting.

A great experience. Julie and her husband were beautiful people. They couldn't have been friendlier. Their farm is about thirty minutes from downtown Milwaukee and within thirty minutes or so of lots of other beautiful suburbs of Milwaukee. She makes some awesome soaps as well! They were very accommodating and let me use the driveway when we had concerns about the ground being too soft/wet from all the rain.

Julie rocked it! She was super helpful especially when i texted her at 10 at night panicked because ALL the roads were closed! It was a quaint little spot and in the morning i was greeted with curious farm animals. She is a wonderful host and would definitely come back again!Her soap is AMAZING! I need more!
