*We are a firework-free zone, due to our proximity to the National Forest. Thank you! Welcome to The Trout Camp, aka Fontinalis Farms, a small, family-owned campground nestled beside the Monongahela National Forest on the banks of Big Run and The North Fork River. Our spacious site offers 30 acres to explore, with 15 tent sites and annual RV sites available for reservation. Kids under 16 are free! (just don't count them in your booking) Our campground features a convenient shower house with well water and flush toilets, but we do ask that you bring your own drinking water. Take a dip in the river, cast a line and fish, or simply relax in the serene surroundings. You can find a video tour at this location: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJ5DSMTfP0A , or search The Trout Camp on Youtube. As you arrive, we kindly ask that you respect the privacy and posted speed limit of our neighbors. Please practice Catch and Release while visiting.

The campsite offers a mix of serene and accessible locations that have both won hearts and raised some concerns. Many campers have relished the tranquil setting by the river and the well-maintained facilities, highlighting the clean bathrooms and the beauty of the surrounding nature. However, some visitors have noted the proximity to a busy road, which can detract from the peace with noticeable traffic noise. Despite a few challenges, the site is appreciated for its spaciousness, the friendliness of the hosts, and its closeness to hiking attractions.
