Campsite in the VT hills. Park in the driveway of a 230 year old farmhouse and HIKE up the hill just a bit. I emphasize "hike" because it is a short but steep walk up to the site. Campsite offers great afternoon sun but also the shade of a couple big trees in a nice rolling meadow with mowed paths. We have wood for sale on the property. There is an outhouse, outdoor shower, and hot tub down the hill at the farmhouse that are shared with other guests on the property. There is a nice logging trail that goes up the mountain for a moderate ~3 mile hike.Park in the driveway and hike up the hill just a bit. Campsite offers great afternoon sun but also the shade of a couple big trees in a nice rolling meadow with mowed paths. We have wood for sale on the property. Outhouse available, it’s a walk down the hill from the campsite. Outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower also down the hill (attached to the farmhouse) and shared with other guests on the property. There is a nice logging trail that goes up the mountain.

We had a lovely time tent camping on Julia’s land! There was a fairly steep (but short) hill to get up to the campsite but Julia provided ample carts to assist us in our trek. The outhouse was adorable and well maintained, and firewood was available for a small fee. Julia was also very responsive and a delightful host!

We loved this campsite! Up on a hill with beautiful view. It was amazing to have the outhouse and outdoor shower onsite. The (short) walk up to the spot is a bit steep and you can’t drive your car up, so I would not recommend this to someone who has a hard time climbing stairs. Julia is responsive and a great host; I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great campsite, I would recommend to anyone. Beautiful view, we camped in early April so I imagine it's even more beautiful later in the spring and summer. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions we had!

Amazing!!! Beautiful spot with a lovely view, nice flat spot for tent. Very brief walk from the parking spot. Very friendly host and great accommodations.

Birch Landing at the Sharon House
My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Birch Landing. The campsite, in the middle of a field of wildflowers, was beautiful and idiillic. It is pretty private. It’s set up on a hill top, where you can see the top of the farm house but they really can’t see the site because of the tall grasses and wildflowers. The views from the hot tub were amazing! Pictures really don’t do this place justice, but we added some!
