This nice campsite was off the beaten path adjacent to a stream and surrounded by wildlife. During our stay we got to watch deer and turkey stroll past our site and listen to a great horned out at night. We will stay here again.

There was lots of open land perfect and plenty of options of places to set up camp. Scott was very responsive and kind during our stay here. The grass was a little tall but overall not bad to manage through.
The views of the sunset and sunrise were lovely here.

Scott was friendly, quick to reply to messages, and very welcoming. He sends you a link with specific directions to the campsite to ensure an easy arrival. The land itself has plenty of space to spread out, explore, and enjoy peace and quiet without having to go too far out into the back country. I felt safe as a solo camper and would return again. Solid cell service (I have TMobile) was an added bonus.

AMAZING CAMP SITES & PROPERTY! I went 3 days in a row & was completely alone.
I had an amazing time camping on Scott's property! Very peaceful! Multiple campsites , some in the open and some secluded. I felt extremely safe & alone despite a few houses being visible in the far background. This is a great place to solo camp or even bring kids. Please be wear there are hunters out and its alot of them. So you may hear gunshots and dogs but thats what the outdoors is all about! 10 out of 10 !

We had to find a new spot on very short notice due to an issue with our already-booked site. Scott was super accommodating and his directions were great. The site is pleasant and we had a great night looking at the stars.

Went with a group of friends, Scott was super accommodating and it’s a beautiful plot of land. There’s a farm nearby and you’re surrounded by nature, 4 sites each with their own unique feel. Would definitely go here again, it was great experience!

The view was pretty and Scott was very nice. Make sure you come in a higher sitting car to navigate the fields away from the road. If it has been wet, the camp site can get muddy near the creek and be a challenge for low profile cars.

It was my first time to the Tower City area. Very nice and scenic. I ended up camping at Scott’s other property up the road due to flooding concerns. Goldmine Raceway. Very cool. Its an ald 1/4 mile dirt track that was open in the 50’s and 60’s. You can still see remains of the guard rails, and you can drive on the track. Fun times in my Subaru 😂😂. Scott was a cool guy as well. It did rain pretty heavy, but i knew that going in. Hope to get back there soon and try the creek spot

Scott was very helpful showing us down to campsite. The farm was beautiful, and our campsite dreamy next to the prettiest little creek. There was a fire pit and bundle of firewood provided. I would definitely stay at the lovely spot again.
They have a lot of great land to camp on. Scott is a very gracious host. I would suggest contacting them ahead of schedule to discuss locations. Three properties, some are better for different campers and weather. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

This was a great spot to stop on my journey back home. It was private, quiet, Scott was an excellent communicator and I got to see some deer before bed. Would camp here again!
We had a great time camping at Blue Hill Acres last weekend. It was the perfect spot for our family with kids ages 9 and 13. Our son loved the stream and our daughter enjoyed checking out the horses. It was quiet and fairly secluded. Great spot for stargazing and we had a few visits from a great blue heron.
We took our children, ages 6, 4, 2 and 2 months for their first Overnight camping trip and stayed on Scott’s beautiful property. We pitched our tent in the glen right next to the stream and thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The kids loved played in the stream! We appreciated the pile of firewood Scott gave us. He’s a friendly host and responded quickly.

Great camping spot! We set up camp in a very secluded little section of the land and had a wonderful time
The Creekside Nest campsite felt very secluded and tranquil. The primitive site has no bathroom facilities so be prepared. Enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and trees. A little rain water got in my tent during my stay.

We were only there to sleep for the night during a road trip, and it was perfect for that. Beautiful spot and friendly hosts! Loved the fireflies at night and dipping in the creek in the morning before getting back on the road.

Camped here one night with my daughter and it was great! Access from the road to the camp site was just fine for our FWD mini van. Owners were friendly and showed us around. Very secluded, very quiet. Thanks for letting us stay!

Beautiful spot! Right beside a nice creek and nestled between the mountains. Scott was super helpful and accommodating.
Nice piece of land with a beautiful view of the mountains. Scott was very welcoming and informative. There is a fire ring provided but you will need bring everything else that you need. There is plenty of dead hardwood you can source from the land and cell service was a plus. Great for tent or hammock camping.

I camped Scott’s land a few nights in July of 2023. I was actually his first camper. As such he did not have what one may consider traditional camp site amenities setup. I was well aware of the property situation prior to my reservation. I’m a seasoned camper, always come prepared and honestly looked forward to situation. Upon arrival Scott gave me a tour of the land. It is a large amount of acreage forest and clearings separated from farmland by a creek. It is easy to feel the isolation of the woods only a few feet from the creek.
Ultimately I settled on an area around the bend from the bridge a close walk to the parking area. Despite a couple heavy, summer down pours the campsite survived the trip. And I was rewarded to some beautiful, (mostly)peaceful setting for a few days. I spent the whole trip onsite so I can’t speak to the surrounding areas. Scott was super accommodating and has the tools to help you with your site.
For now I can really only recommend this site for experienced campers. I was able to setup my own site. If Scott decides to clear grass and build some fire pits. Than this would for sure be a great spot for many enthusiasts. At the time of this review a wonderful diamond in the rough.
