Our stay at Deer Acres was truly delightful! Chester, our warm and welcoming host, personally escorted us to our site, pointing out the thoughtful amenities that make this Hip camp exceptional. You can tell Chester is an RV enthusiast, as every detail is carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The immaculate desert landscaping created a serene, picturesque setting, and the gentle sounds of nearby horses and roosters added a charming, rustic touch to the tranquil atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings. I wholeheartedly recommend Deer Acres to anyone looking for a well-crafted, restful camping getaway!

Gorgeous camp site, we’ve stayed in Central Oregon tons of times, this is by far our favorite spot! You can tell Chester takes great pride in making sure everything is well kept! Our host was excellent! We will definitely be back! Thanks for the fresh chicken eggs!

Chester’s place is wonderful. Beautiful landscaping. The two sites are set up perfect.
Chester came over and greeted us upon arrival. We will definitely try to stay here again when in the area.

Nice full hookup site. There was not anyone in the other site, so we had the place to ourselves for the 4 nights we were there. We do a lot of boondocking, so having full hookups was a nice change of pace.

Our host has really done a great job creating pull through camp spaces. Perfectly layed out opposing spaces with an island of services between them. BBQ stands, durable hand made fire rings, picnic tables, garbage station - all in excellent condition. Host even provides sewer hose ramp/stands for waste water. Well cared for lawns also! We’re considering setting up our own Hipcamp and this is the example we’l be using when we do so. Absolutely saved as a favorite and if we should travel to/through the area again this is the place we’ll look for.

Chester has a great little campsite and is a wonderful host. Very clean with full hook-ups, grill, fire pit (for use during non-fire season), and nice green lawn. The other campsite was only booked a couple days when I was there so most of the time I enjoyed total peace and privacy. Loved watching the deer come by my trailer few times and the nice sunsets. Not too far from Redmond, Bend, and Smith Rock, and driving through the farmland is really relaxing. Communicating with Chester was easy and quick and he was very hospitable. I'll definitely stay at his campsite again when back in the area!

What a fantastic place to stay in Redmond. The grass section you have at your spot is so nice to have. Everything was well thought out. We stayed in our 31ft travel trailer for 4 nights. Chester worked with us on our last night stay since we needed to cancel to pick up another stay closer to Crater Lake due to the fires.

We were in town to meet and visit our brand new granddaughter.we were also able to reserve both sites for the last couple of days of our stay, so my in-laws could park right next to us. That allowed us to have family gatherings that was fun for all.

Cheaters place was exactly what we needed to unwind for a couple of days. The full hookup was perfect and it was super quiet and peaceful. Chester helped us out with some tips for enjoying the area as well. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful spot with grass to relax , well maintained and quiet! We had everything we needed including water, power, picnic table, fire pit. Perfect getaway for husband and I. 25 min to downtown bend which was great for the holiday weekend. Host was accommodating as well, which was super appreciated!

Chets' property is a slice of heaven. I regret not staying longer! There is so much to see and do in this area!! I felt we were completely out in the country, but really not that far from town.
We had full hookups (50 Amp, sewer, water) and blessed shade in the Buck site. I absolutely loved the green grass and be able to go barefoot!
The power was exceptional. Another camper came while we were there. Temps were in the mid 90's, so we both were running the AC, but our in line volt meter never wavered in power.
Even though temps were in the mid 90's for a couple of days, we were able to open the windows in the evenings and have nice soft breezes come through and cool everything down.
We have a 38 ft, class A motorhome. Sites were level and spacious.
Chet was so very friendly and approachable. A great host, for sure.
We will definitely be back next summer and for longer than 5 nights!

Our experience at this Redmond hipcamp was absolutely fantastic! The place was beautiful and site was thoughtful laid out, making it super convenient to come and go as we pleased. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure to check on us multiple times throughout our stay, which made us feel so welcomed. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again in the future.

This lot is located in a rural neighborhood just off a little traveled road. There were lovely horses across the street and a morning rooster next door. It's that nice balance between having full hookups for the rv and peaceful nights for good sleeping. There are a lot of activities in the area. A great place for single women. One thing to be aware of is the other camping space is right next to you with just the utilities in between. That space wasn't rented out while I was there, but it might have been uncomfortable if it was. Chester was a very friendly and accommodating host. Thanks!

This quiet spot is exactly the escape we needed. We spent a lot of time in Bend this weekend, but the solitude when we returned to camp was awesome! Lot 1 is more private than lot 2, but we weren't bothered a bit. My daughter enjoyed watching the horses and chickens on the neighboring properties.
