Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Private grassy lot with off-street parking with easy access to the Little Miami Scenic Bike Path. Nice neighbors on either side. Future home of an Air BnB cottage. Great spot for parking your RV or Sprinter Van. You will be within walking distance of Nick’s Restaurant, the Dairy Station, Glazed Donut Eatery, and Los Mariachis. Biking distance to Devil Wind Brewery and the Train Depot Bike Station. You can bike to Yellow Springs - 9 miles via the Bike Path. Great location!Park your RV or Sprinter Van on this empty grassy lot that is maintained regularly. You will be able to pick your spot where to set up on the property. You will be able to park your car in the back of the property with access from Wilson Dr. You will be able to hop on the bike trail from the property. Yellow Springs is 9 miles and Downtown Xenia is about 1 mile. You can visit local breweries like Devil Wind or Yellow Springs Brewery. Nicks restaurant is within a few blocks too with an awesome patio and great food!

This spot was excellent for its value and suited my needs perfectly. I understand some of the other reviews and would question putting a large rig here, but it worked out perfect for me.

Little Miami Trail Stop
This is the perfect spot to camp if you're on an extended biking trip. The space is right off the trail, and there are places nearby you can stop at for food.

Little Miami Trail Stop
On the positive side Kim provided excellent directions and was responsive. The campsite is a hilly, overgrown vacant lot tucked between two houses. The grass was at least eight inches high with lots of poop, which our dog immediately found and rolled in. The actual camping area is limited and not level. We have a 16-foot trailer-camper. Anything larger would be difficult to park. The neighbors were wonderful and welcoming. One even brought us banana nut bread. The other neighbor recommended that we drive across her property to access the camping area, which we did. A little attention to maintaining the property would have gone a long way in making us happy campers.

Truly is right on the Little Miami

Little Miami Trail Stop
This was a perfectly good spot for my morning bike trip on the Little Miami Trail. It is just a parking spot and the owners don’t have a home there - but the neighbor came out and helped me figure out which part of the driveway to park on. The spot is down a side alley that runs right next to the trail.
