Great host. Nice quiet property with 2 site. The rain affected to use of the lower site, but the upper site was nice and relatively level. The upper site is not fully secluded as it is not too far off the road (very little to now through traffic) and there is a house on the other side of the tree lines driveway. All quiet and the trees cover most of the view of the house. Make sure you add some of the eggs from their hens :) Great communication and very nice and quiet property. Would definitely stay again.

This is one of our favorite places to camp, we've been back several times. The hosts are super friendly, and my kids love the goats and chickens.

Thanks to Michelle for making my first-time Hipcamping a breeze! She greeted me just as I pulled in and showed me to the best spot for my car camping. Appreciated the nearby private toilet and got to use the firewood and fire ring my second night. Nights were peaceful and mornings so pretty with the field of fog! Wish I had been there during the daytime to meet the goats - another time!

The site price is low, just wish it was better described.
8 acres of mostly wooded and only one site, that’s what the description said…no mention that the site is on the corner of woods and you can see cars from the fire pit.
Guessing a gun range is nearby from the earlier shots and there was loud music (from a neighbor??) in the woods as it started to get dark.
We thoroughly doused our campfire and went up top to the upper location mentioned. We wanted quiet and woods. We settled for some sleep and left early. We left one still-wrapped bundle of local firewood as being back on the road was better than staying.

Michelle and Chad are so kind and thoughtful. We were greeted upon arrival and Chad made sure we had everything we needed. We loved it here, it's so quiet and the view of the stars at night is amazing. We would absolutely stay here again.
Our hosts communication, kindness, and their property are 10/10.

Lots of trees, spacious tent and cots, and an outdoor shower. What else do you need? Michelle is an amazing host! Shower, tent, cots were rented for a very reasonable price.

I loved our secluded tent spot with owl sounds throughout the night. Both hosts were so amazing! Our site was stocked with firewood for the chilly night, and we were able to tour the farm and meet the goats, chickens, and the cutest livestock dog!

Michelle and her husband were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Beautiful property. We brought our camper and the site was very nice with great drainage. It rained the entire 3 days so we know! However, the tent site is amazing! Very quiet but close to a lot outside activities. Highly recommend this hip camp.

Wonderful site! Could just sit and watch the stars at night. Very quiet spot with tons of shade. Super close to Blackhand Gorge for all your hiking, biking and kayaking needs. Plenty of wood was provided for our stay and the toilet was adequate for your needs.

Michelle and Chad are two of the nicest people you're ever going to meet! Both are very accommodating and incredibly friendly. The communication prior to my stay was great, too. Loved the solitude on a great piece of property. Can't wait to return!

The farm is a great location within minutes from Blackhand Gorge and Dillion State Park. Since there is only one campsite, the site is very private. Michelle and Chad were remarkably accommodating. They gave us great suggestions on where to hike and what to do in the area. The camp was peaceful, especially at night. We heard many different types of owls all night. The field was amazing for stargazing too! Michelle also gave us a tour of the homestead. My children loved the way Chad played with the baby goat, Nico. He chased Nico around the yard using his fist to give him playful headbutts. Overall we had a wonderful time meeting some very kind people in a wonderful location. We cannot wait to return.

The site is private and close to Black Hand Gorge. We were able to pitch two tents on the site and an additional hammock set up. Michelle was great and very attentive. There was a fire pit on the site and the toilet was sufficient. Our only issue with the site was that we had difficulty putting tent stakes in the ground, the site was grassy with rock just under the surface. Get the eggs, they were delicious!

Our second stay and a beautiful place to camp with fantastic and knowledgeable hosts. Perfect place to camp if you are kayaking the Licking through black hand gorge. We were just minutes away when we took out our kayaks at tobosco road. We will definately book again in the future.

This was a very peaceful campsite. It had a nice flat level area to pitch a tent. There was a campfire ring with plenty of wood provided to have a very nice campfire. The host was warm and welcoming upon our arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a peaceful night of camping.

We had a wonderful experience at Countryside Corner. Its a beautiful campsite and very close to the sites near Blackhand Gorge. The host is fantastic and gave us great advice on kayaking in the area. The site had firewood and a great firepit. The camp site is secluded in the woods and is peaceful. I highly recommend it.
