We are a private campground and wedding venue in the heart of Hocking County. We welcome equine, motorcyclist and Jeep enthusiast. We are located 9 miles from Laurelville, 16.4 miles from Logan, 17 miles from Lancaster, 19 miles from Circleville, where stores and dinning are abundant and easily accessible. The property is full of wildlife and magnificent views and rainbows galore, with minimal light pollution, our night sky's are spectacular. We are within a 30 minutes drive of all of Hocking Hills State Parks, Nature preserves and so much more. Hocking Hills features beautiful towering cliffs, thrilling waterfalls, and deep, hemlock-shaded gorges. With stunning ice formations in winter, wildflowers adorning the forest floor in springtime and vivid foliage in the fall, hikers and nature lovers have plenty to enjoy in this awe-inspiring area. • Old Man's Cave - 1 mile - Moderate • Whispering Cave Trail (includes the "swinging" Hemlock Bridge) 4.5 miles - Difficult. Features the second largest cave in the region with a 105-foot seasonal waterfall cascading to the floor below. • Ash Cave Gorge - 1/4-mile - Easy - Handicap Accessible • Ash Cave Rim - 1/4-mile - Moderate • Cantwell Cliffs - 2 miles - Difficult - • Cedar Falls - 1 mile - Moderate - • Rock House - 1 mile - Moderate - • Conkles Hollow State Nature Preserve has two trails totaling 3.5 miles. A portion of the Gorge Trail is wheelchair accessible. • Rockbridge State Nature Preserve is 2.8 miles of hiking trails • Lake Logan State Park is secluded and offers a 400-acre lake for boating as well as prime hiking, and fishing opportunities. Other local activities include, rock climbing, ziplining, ATV/UTV Rentals and tours, along with Canoe/Kayaking on the hocking river, horseback riding and so much more. Southern Ohio offers some amazing roads for motorcycle rides, including the Hocking Hills Scenic Byway, The Windy 9, The Triple Nickel and Three Rivers Ride.

One of my best hipcamp experiences

RV Site (Full Hookups)

After an unpleasant surprise at our original site 20 miles south we felt like we hit the jackpot with this place. Excellent site with full hookups at a reasonable price. The hosts were top notch - providing things we didn’t even know we needed. ;0) The site is remote, with a dark sky and total quiet. It is right beside the host’s residence, but that was not a problem for us. There is also woods tent camping across the field. Located near Cave House. Excellent experience!

TENT SITES

Lovely little plot, nice open field on top of a hill, with exceptionally well-kept grass. Some lovely woods to explore, and nice facilities for what it is. We were able to drive right into the field and set up our camp for a lovely night of stargazing. Marcy and Jeff were great hosts - super friendly! They even made sure the camp lights were off so we'd have extra darkness. Marcy gave us a tour of the grounds in their cart when we arrived, and my 7-year-old just wanted to talk and hang out with her for the rest of the night. Great place for the price, for sure.
