Welcome to our little slice of creekside heaven! Four years ago, we took a run-down manufactured home park and started turning it into something special — a peaceful, down-to-earth spot for campers to relax, explore, and feel right at home. It's been a total labor of love, and now we’re excited to share it with folks who appreciate the beauty of nature, good company, and a few chickens wandering by. At night, things slow down — our campground is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for stargazing. We’ve got: 3 creekside RV sites with water + electric hookups 1 creekside RV site with full hookups (water, electric, and septic) 4 first-come, first-served creekside tent spots A 38' luxury RV available to rent for a comfy glamping stay All sites are right along Conleys Creek, which is stocked with trout and perfect for fishing or cooling off in the summer. Every spot includes a picnic table and fire pit — and tent sites come with a fire pit that includes a cooking grate for easy campfire meals. Our land is totally pesticide-free and full of life — from colorful flower gardens to veggies, herbs, fruit trees, and our famous 14 free-range chickens (a.k.a. The Dixie Chicks). Guests love feeding them, petting them, and collecting fresh eggs. You’ll also find: A clean, private bathhouse A game room with ping pong + darts Outdoor yard games Fast, reliable Wi-Fi Firewood, eggs, and ice for sale A dump station for RVs We’re in a super convenient spot — nestled between Bryson City and Cherokee, just a short drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dillsboro, Sylva, and tons of hiking, biking, kayaking, tubing, and whitewater adventures. We’re open year-round, but if you come during leaf peeping season, you’re in for a real treat — the colors are absolutely magical. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome too — we get it, they’re family! This is our home, our lifestyle, and our dream. We’d love to have you come enjoy it with us.

Conleys Creek Campground is located in the Smoky Mountains We are a small, boutique campground with availability to rent our luxury RV, bring your RV, tent or vehicle camp, or stay in our Hydrangea House. We are located between Bryson City and Cherokee. Outdoor enthusiasts can fish, hike, golf, mountain bike, white water raft, tube, or kayak nearby. Visit charming nearby towns, Harrah's Casino, or the NOC. Enjoy scenic train rides, Tail of the Dragon, or Blue Ridge Parkway. Cross our bridge to enjoy the game room, with yard games as well. Meet our friendly Dixie Chicks. Check out our gardens and relax in our Creekside hammock. Don't forget to drop a fishing line in our trout stocked creek!

We have a large open field along beautiful Conleys Creek. We only offer 4 tent spaces available to give our tent guests privacy and space. No pre-assigned locations, first come-first serve. Each tent spot has a fire pit, (some with grill tops), picnic tables, access to a fresh water spicket, very good WI-FI, a game room and outdoor lawn games for our guests. Conleys Creek is great for fishing (regularly stocked with trout) or to just cool off at the end of the day! Our private bath house is always kept sparkling clean. Roam our 9 acres and find the second creek. Enjoy our free-range chickens, The Dixie Chicks. They love to be fed and petted. We have numerous gardens throughout the property. No assigned tent spots. We are a mile from the Smoky Mountain public golf course and back up to Cherokee. Located in rural Whittier, NC, we are a 15-minute drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Charming mountain towns are all nearby. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Nantahala Gorge and Tail of the Dragon are just a short drive from our location.

Great little spot for tent camping. Nice owners. Decent bathhouse and nice game room. Loved the free-range chickens and fresh eggs. Good base camp location to take in all the trout streams around Cherokee and Bryson City. Far enough out to enjoy some peace and quiet along the creek.

Our family loved tent camping! It was a toddler’s dream to chase chickens and the creek was the perfect sound buffer. Anne and family are quick to respond and help, bathroom trailer is simple and clean, and easy drive to GSMNP, downtown Bryson City, or Sylva/Dillsboro.

Anne is the sweetest and her place is super cute! She was ever so helpful even when we needed parking printed she was able to help us. The game room was awesome when it rained so hard that it was raining inside our tent! We would definitely come back again.
