It was an awesome experience staying at Black Bear Lodge!. Kevin greeted us with a basket of snacks and showed us around the area. The bathrooms are immaculately clean. Before we checked out, Kevin made sure he baked us strawberry muffins. It was delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay in the tipis. Kevin made sure that our stay was enjoyable. The tipis are way better than any motel room you could get. We are campjng people and love the outdoors. This was really glamping. The tipis, bathrooms, kitchen area and firepit had everything we needed. We really enjoyed his fresh baked muffins delivered right to our tipi every morning. We are big coffee drinkers and enjoyed our Keurig, coffee pods and cream every morning with our muffins. The sights at the lookout are breathtaking. We will definitely be back and tell all of our friends about his amazing place.

If you want to have a unique experience you should stay here. The Teepee is beautiful, the outdoor kitchen is amazing. The fire pit is cool. The bath house is incredible and the host Kevin is a great guy. You will really enjoy clamping here.

Very helpful and kind hosts. Beautiful views! Definitely follow the advice to only book if you have 4WD. That hill up is no joke- but well worth it!

Papa Bear 22ft Glamping Tipi
Our family had an amazing time at Black Bear Glamping Tipis! We have a 10 year old and a 5 year old, and the large tipi was plenty of space for our family of 4. The bath houses are so well maintained and convenient, and we loved having the outdoor grill and “kitchen” area where we could prepare simple meals. We are used to tent camping so this was a great upgrade. Kevin was a wonderful host, very communicative, helped us find other outdoor activities nearby, and makes amazing muffins for his guests each morning! We had the best weekend here and will definitely return when we are in the area again, 10/10 recommend!
