Charming luxury cabin for two on our private 55-acre property, managed by Sanctuary Stays. The cabin comes equipped with backup electric power, a propane fire pit, and all linens and utensils. Off-grid water is provided via a rain barrel outside the cabin, and there’s an eco-friendly composting toilet inside. Free Wi-Fi is available from the main house, so you can comfortably work from home in a peaceful country setting. Located near the main house but with its own private area, the cabin offers plenty of privacy and relaxation. A Kyfe wood-fired sauna tent is available for guest use right outside, and there are lots of books to enjoy during your glamping stay. You’ll be just 20 minutes from stores in Delhi and Oneonta, yet completely tucked away in nature. Easy access and parking are available from County Highway 10. Come stay and enjoy nature without compromising on comfort!Conveniently situated next to the main house with access to hiking on our 50 acre private land. Very accessible but private spot with no neighbors and super peaceful and quiet. Road is plowed regularly in the winter ever single day! Enjoy private seating area, wood fire sauna tent, propane cooking/camping fire pit. Off grid well water for washing stored near cabin in rain barrel. Initial supply of bottled water provided for each stay. Cabin has full bed with storage and linen, kitchenette, access to 15 amp electricity and propane tank provided. Refills are extra. Toilet is a compost toilet with straw and pellets with easy bio degradable bags provided and compost bin available on site. Outdoor shower kit can be provided as per request. Electric rechargeable shower pump kit.
