This is something new to me. Primitive camping at its finest. Or a place to car camp. So for 6 months I’ll be just testing the market and experimenting so I can design one of the best but unique camping experiences. For 6 months I’ll be welcoming guests for just $20 a night. Requirements: 1) Leave a review and optional leave suggestions 2) Bring your own toilet as one as yet to be built 3) Bring your own water.Ill update my listing with near by water locations 4) 45min from Lake Champlain 5) Has gravel drivewayLocated in the Town of Mooers not far from beautiful Lake Champlain, this site sits amid the Adirondack Mountains just south of the Canadian border. Nestled in the bucolic New England countryside, the surrounding landscape includes rolling farmlands, streams, lakes, and woods. The site has access via County Route 8. The property is about 50 minutes to Lake Champlain and 1 hour and 15 minutes to Montreal. There are many recreational opportunities in the area, including numerous lakes, rivers and tributaries for fishing, skiing, swimming, boating, hiking, camping, or virtually any other outdoor activity.
