Second time staying here.
Was even more beautiful than the first time go to all of the colors of the trees.
Brian is a great host and whatever around checking the car hall I was pulling to make sure everything was secure since my husband was not with me this time.
Awesome nights sleep.

Brian's land was truly an oasis on this trip. A beautiful spot by a quiet pond, this pristine campsite gave me the rest and beauty I needed. Brian was so helpful and accommodating, especially since we were experiencing some heavy rain that evening. I'll definitely stay again the next time I'm passing through the area. Thank you Brian!

Brian’s campsites are well kept, lovely, and easy to navigate in and out. He met us to guide us in, and stopped by to check on us after dinner. A beautiful country spot with super-nice hosts!

Brian is and awesome host and yhe property is beautiful. Catch and release pond with monstrous bluegill and bass.
Brian and a friend of his also came to our aid with our trailer door.

Brian's place was perfect! We were visiting the area for some hiking and to enjoy Lake Chautauqua and the location was perfect. Central to both, secluded, and well maintained. Brian kept close communication until we were settled in. Would definitely recommend.

Brian is always so accommodating and a great host! We were able to setup down by the pond with two trailers. It was serene and beautiful. Appreciated the wood being available on site and the ability to walk the property and enjoy the views.

Beautiful site! Host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Quiet, secluded with a view of the stars and aurora borealis when we were there as a bonus. Just wish we had reserved more than one night.

The pond was crystal clear ~ gorgeous area with plenty of walking paths, wildlife and great times had by all! Thank you for sharing your very special place with us ~ we made wonderful memories!

Brian has created a peaceful retreat that can be enjoyed by RV and tent campers. Small birds, geese, and a heron came and went from the stocked pond throughout the weekend.

We had a quite relaxing stay on this beautiful parcel of land overlooking the pond. It was stocked but did not have the opportunity to fish. The hosts, Brian and Roxanne were very responsive to my questions and super helpful when we arrived. We picked a spot on a hill with a gorgeous view of the pond. Since it was on a slope we had to use blocks and Brian even offered to provide additional blocks if we needed them. Since we were far from the pedestal, Brian provided extension cords for our power cord as we parked a bit far from the pedestal. Brian and Roxanne are such lovely hosts. They set the bar high for the first Hipcamp experience!

Brian has a lovely piece of property. We camped with our teardrop trailer at site RV 1. It's right next to a large landscaped pond with flowers on one side of the campsite. Power is convenient and totally reliable. We required minimal levelling. Brian even left a power cord for us to borrow if needed. Certainly need to bring water, potty etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Brian, we arrived late and he let us stay longer on our last day to enjoy the weather. Our site was around 150 yards from the road but it's not busy and didn't cause any problems with noise etc. A relaxing stay, we just hung out at the camp and ate! I'd certainly go again. Great viws as well.

Camp Oasis
We very much enjoyed our stay at Camp Oasis. Brian was easy to book with and helped answer all my questions. The scenery was absolutely beautiful! We also enjoyed observing an array of birds, fishing in the pond and stargazing at night. The sites were clean and the electric hookups were more than adequate. It rained during our stay and so the gravel pad worked out quite well, as we didn’t get the slightest bit muddy with our dogs. Thanks for a pleasant camping experience! We will be back!

Perfect location. Nice Rv site with power and a beautiful tree covered grove for rent camping. The sunsets are magnificent - as is the fishing.
Plus - an outhouse with a flush toilet.

Perfect private campsite to enjoy family time and nature! Site was super clean and Brian was very accommodating with excellent communication to be sure we got there. The property is breathtaking with beautiful sunrise & awesome sunset & the stars are just absolutely incredible at night!

An absolutely wonderful spot. Beautiful space, beautiful pond (50 ft from my trailer), great fishing, great sunsets, eagles - and electric hookups.
Brian is a great host - right down to providing boards necessary to level the trailer. Top notch!

We were passing through on a trip home with our new 34’ airstream. We got to the site pretty late but Brian left on his home Christmas lights and put lights on the campsite post so we wouldn’t miss it. He was very responsive over messages and very kindly checked in on us a number of times. It was easy to drive our big camper in and out of the driveway. The campsite was a very peaceful, pretty place to wake up sitting next to the fields and pond. Would reccomend!

Our stay was great. Brian met us upon arrival and was super helpful getting situated, plugged in, and oriented to the site. The site was great and better in person vs the pictures. Super clean, great host, beautiful location. What else could you ask for.
