Four nights at Camp Oasis and we’re already trying to figure out when we can come back.
Brian and his wife have clearly put so much care and attention into this property. Every little detail feels intentional, from the gorgeous landscaping and adorable dock to the incredibly well-stocked catch-and-release fishing pond. The views are beautiful, especially when the sun starts setting over the cornfields and the pond. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself slowing down without even trying.
Brian met us when we arrived to guide us in, made sure we were settled, and checked on us throughout our stay without ever being intrusive. And the firewood situation was fantastic—plentiful wood was available at a nightly rate without having to pay a “per bundle” fee every time we wanted a fire.
The location is also incredibly convenient. You’re tucked away enough to feel like you’re camping in your own little oasis, but close enough to town and Kennedy Supermarket to stock up on any needed supplies.
Beautiful property, thoughtful hosts, gorgeous sunsets, great fishing, and all the little details that make a campsite feel special. Camp Oasis absolutely lived up to its name!

We set up in the woods for a rainy night & then moved to our larger tent by the pond for the majority, it was perfect to be able to accommodate the weather.
Brian met us when we arrived to guide us in, made sure we were settled, & checked on us throughout our stay without ever being intrusive. And the firewood situation was fantastic—plentiful wood was available at a nightly rate without having to pay a “per bundle” fee every time we wanted a fire.
The location is also incredibly convenient. You’re tucked away enough to feel like you’re camping in your own little oasis, but close enough to town & Kennedy Supermarket that grabbing anything you forgot is easy.
The outhouse deserves its own shoutout: it has electricity AND a flushable toilet (not a composting toilet!), which is a very appreciated camping luxury. 😂

It was quiet and beautiful. I loved eating by the pond and having the tent under the trees. The outhouse had a flush toilet and was the nicest, cleanest one I ever used.

A beautiful countryside setting next to a corn field and a beautiful pond. It is a peaceful place to stay and there's huge fish in the pond. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.
Brian's place is exactly why we always look to book on hipcamp first. Wonderful host who met us and made sure we were comfortable and set on his unbelievable property. We loved sitting by the pond and watching the deer come out of the woods at dusk - only to realize that we were there with our dog. Great place for a couple night stay if you're exploring the area but also really convenient to the highway if you're traveling through like we were. Highly recommend
The owner Brian was great! Beautiful property, so clean and quiet. The pond was a bonus, even hoped in it in the evening after a rain storm. It was so warm and clean!
I would recommend staying here to anyone that wants a peaceful stay in the country.

Brian’s land is absolutely beautiful. The property is very well maintained and the pond is an extra bonus. Brain was very attentive, he was there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend, we will definitely be back.
This place was perfect! Quiet and site 1 was perfect for my 24’ class C
Host was very friendly and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend.
My first time visiting New York was completed with my stay here at this beautiful piece of land! 10/10 would recommend if you like an easy going time to “stop and smell the roses”. Thank you so much for the accommodation and one of the most beautiful 360 views I’ve had while camping!

The property is beautiful, the pond was something special. Roxanne met us upon arrival. She was super cool about where we parked the camper and about moving the picnic bench and fire ring to our liking. The outhouse toilet was a very nice addition. My dogs had fun in the pond.
The landscaping was really pretty with flowers.
We had an issue with the electric box, but Brian came and hooked us up to one further away.
Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!! We will be back.

Brian is an amazing host! I arrived a bit later than expected and he called me to guide me in and make sure I found the site ok. I highly recommend staying at his wonderful property to anyone traveling around the area or who are looking for a cool camping experience nearby. Such a great night!

Second time staying here.
Was even more beautiful than the first time go to all of the colors of the trees.
Brian is a great host and whatever around checking the car hall I was pulling to make sure everything was secure since my husband was not with me this time.
Awesome nights sleep.
Brian's land was truly an oasis on this trip. A beautiful spot by a quiet pond, this pristine campsite gave me the rest and beauty I needed. Brian was so helpful and accommodating, especially since we were experiencing some heavy rain that evening. I'll definitely stay again the next time I'm passing through the area. Thank you Brian!

Brian’s campsites are well kept, lovely, and easy to navigate in and out. He met us to guide us in, and stopped by to check on us after dinner. A beautiful country spot with super-nice hosts!
Brian is and awesome host and yhe property is beautiful. Catch and release pond with monstrous bluegill and bass.
Brian and a friend of his also came to our aid with our trailer door.
Would highly recommend this hip camp
We came in late and Brian came over to help us get settled. Very pretty place and well cared for. We enjoyed our morning swim!
Brian's place was perfect! We were visiting the area for some hiking and to enjoy Lake Chautauqua and the location was perfect. Central to both, secluded, and well maintained. Brian kept close communication until we were settled in. Would definitely recommend.

Brian is always so accommodating and a great host! We were able to setup down by the pond with two trailers. It was serene and beautiful. Appreciated the wood being available on site and the ability to walk the property and enjoy the views.
Beautiful site! Host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Quiet, secluded with a view of the stars and aurora borealis when we were there as a bonus. Just wish we had reserved more than one night.

Brian has created a peaceful retreat that can be enjoyed by RV and tent campers. Small birds, geese, and a heron came and went from the stocked pond throughout the weekend.

This is a great place to go and relax. Wished we could have stayed a few more days,?
We had a quite relaxing stay on this beautiful parcel of land overlooking the pond. It was stocked but did not have the opportunity to fish. The hosts, Brian and Roxanne were very responsive to my questions and super helpful when we arrived. We picked a spot on a hill with a gorgeous view of the pond. Since it was on a slope we had to use blocks and Brian even offered to provide additional blocks if we needed them. Since we were far from the pedestal, Brian provided extension cords for our power cord as we parked a bit far from the pedestal. Brian and Roxanne are such lovely hosts. They set the bar high for the first Hipcamp experience!

We loved camping at Camp Oasis. Such a beautiful piece of property and set up great for a hip camp! Host was friendly and offered suggestions for local things to do.
Beautiful spot, stocked pond, firewood, power, beautiful sunsets, great fishing. This was my 3rd visit and I will return again next summer.
Brian has a lovely piece of property. We camped with our teardrop trailer at site RV 1. It's right next to a large landscaped pond with flowers on one side of the campsite. Power is convenient and totally reliable. We required minimal levelling. Brian even left a power cord for us to borrow if needed. Certainly need to bring water, potty etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Brian, we arrived late and he let us stay longer on our last day to enjoy the weather. Our site was around 150 yards from the road but it's not busy and didn't cause any problems with noise etc. A relaxing stay, we just hung out at the camp and ate! I'd certainly go again. Great viws as well.
This place is amazing. Brian is a wonderful person and great host.
We will make a point to come back if he lets.
