Located on the North Side of Pahrump on 12 acres. Quiet setting with 360 degrees of beautiful Mountain Views with Sunrises and Sunsets. Tree lined property which provides shade for your space and privacy. Property has a firepit with Chaise Lounge Chairs and full size Joola Ping Pong Table. If you love to mountain bike, hike, or go four-wheeling (SXS, OHV, ATV, UTV), we are ideally located to be your base camp while playing in the desert. You can be in the dirt a mile down the road. Jennifer has everything you need!! If you have dogs, it’s a little tough. No off leash area, but it looks like they are working on a fence. Everyone was super helpful when we got there.
