We will setup and take down the camper - all you need to bring is clothes and yourself! Please follow all rules of the campground and take care of our property. Experience camping and get outdoors to reconnect with nature within 50 miles of Zumbro Falls, MN! Penny is a delivery only camper stay. Enjoy s'mores by the campfire and spending quality time with the people you love. The RV offers three beds - one queen and two twin beds, one bathroom with a shower/tub, and a full kitchen. A TV that offers streaming services, outdoor and indoor games, and more! Addtl. offerings include ice and firewood.

Enjoy s'mores by the campfire, lakeside swimming, and spending quality time with the people you love. Our RV offers three beds including a queen, full, and twin, one bathroom with a shower/tub, and a full kitchen. A TV that offers streaming services and WiFi. Outdoor games and more! Guests have a semi-private area with lake access for swimming, paddleboarding, and more. Amenities are accessed right on site that include a full kitchen and full bath. If interested in traveling to other sites, go by boat or road. Other activities may include tubing down the Zumbro River from Zumbro Falls, heading to the Zumbro Falls Winery, or going golfing. There is plenty to do when you stay at The Flipping RV!

Lucky RV Great Trip!

We loved our time at the Flipping RV! Plus I had no regrets for the extra treat calories I brought because we worked them off going up and down the stairs! Baxter, my elder dog, got to swim for the second time in his 13 years, which was my number one goal! For future guests, there is a short rocky walk-out or you can use the ladder on the platform or jump off the dock, to get in the water. There’s really no “shore.” We enjoyed the inflatable kayak. Late at night a neighbor across the bay said “what’s your name???” Slowly. It was hilarious. He also repeated it in the morning. We thought he was doing the Tony/Ezekiel meme but when we said Tony, he didn’t reply. Ha! For other dog- guests, there are two neighbor dogs (chain link fence) and they were super chill and didn’t make any noise or have much interaction with my dog. There are off-leash dogs along the road if you go for a walk. Some will bark at you, the stranger! Friendly tho. We got to enjoy the RV during a big thunderstorm and it was charming. I also made good use of the cabin kitchen even using an included slow cooker (with liners provided!) to make a chuck roast. AC is a BEAST and the fridge, freezer worked well. Appreciated the little extras like sun block and bug spray and tons of little touch button lights. Nicole was super fast to reply to a few questions. It rained quite a bit but hardly any bugs. No ticks, but dog didn’t get to go in the woods. We did see lightning bugs but no stars. Next time!

The Flipping RV - Penny
Penny was a great stay! Decorated super cute and clever storage. We also liked having electric and sewer and enhanced our glamping experience. Nicole was great to work with and responsive. We would use the camper again.

The Flipping RV: Darlene
The RV and location were beautiful. Even though the neighbors are not far, it was quiet and everyone was incredibly respectful of each other. It was a perfect place for us to walk out and fish, enjoy an evening fire and relax. Nicole and her husband were responsive and kind hearted. We wish them the best on their RV endeavor and will likely make a trip back.

Camper for a Family Reunion
The Flipping RV - Penny
We loved being able to have our own getaway at a family reunion. Penny is clean, cute and comfortable with loads of little thoughtful perks. We loved not having to bring our own linens and/or dishes and appreciated the K-cups and dog treats they stocked the camper with. Delivery and pick up were both super prompt and we would highly recommend this to anyone!

We loved renting Penny the camper. Aside from Penny being a cute and fully stocker camper, Nicole was an amazing host. We have a few questions during the process and she was always quick ti respond and so helpful!

The Flipping RV - Penny
We loved our stay in the RV Penny, and would definitely recommend. Nicole is the best host I've ever encountered (and that's normally a thing that stands out to me); she made everything so easy and was incredibly responsive. She even had a birthday gift waiting for our daughter because I'd mentioned we were celebrating her 5th bday. Penny is adorable and clean and has everything you could need--honestly, just bring your clothes. I thought it might feel complicated rent a camper and then find a site and coordinate everything getting set up, but Nicole took care of it all and it couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend!
